Cancellations

Help us have successful programs by registering early! All programs must have a minimum number of participants in order to be conducted. If a program does not meet this minimum, the class may be canceled. Cancellations by customers made five business days prior to the start of a program will receive a refund. No cancellation refunds will be given after the start of a program or event. Registration fees will not be prorated for partial attendance.

Photo Release

The New Braunfels Parks and Recreation Department routinely takes photos and videos of participants in recreation activities, programs and special events and/ or at recreation facilities. These photos and/or videos may be used for promotional purposes. Be aware that by participating, you are granting the City of New Braunfels the right to use and publish your image or your minor child’s image.

Wait Lists

If registering for a class that is full, your name can be placed on a waiting list. This does not guarantee a spot, but individuals will be contacted if an opening becomes available.

Recreation For Everyone

The City of New Braunfels Parks and Recreation Department (NB PARD) fully supports the provision of the Americans with Disabilities Act and is committed to supporting the full inclusion of persons with disabilities into programs, classes, services and public facilities so that full participation may be enjoyed by all. Satisfaction Guarantee

NB PARD continually strives to provide quality programs and offers a Satisfaction Guarantee. If the participant is not satisfied with a class or program, the participant may either repeat the program at no cost, or receive a 100% refund or account credit, at the discretion of the participant.
