Festival was held last Saturday at the Telegraph Hotel (Top Pub).

A big crowd supported the event - some who competed for the title of the ‘2023 Best Camp Oven Cook’. Others came to taste the end result of hours of cooking and basting lamb, venison, beef, chicken, turkey, and vegetarian flavours - all cooked to perfection.

Meanwhile, a competition to make a campfire and boil the billy raised not only plenty of smoke as fun loving competitors ‘blew and blew’ to arouse the littlest of flames amongst the kindling.
