Mr. Sathish Residence

Project Name: Mr. Sathish Residence

Location: Trichy

Built up Area: 4520 Sq.ft

Plot Coverage: 3120 Sq.ft

The following elevation is designed in a classical style. The use of parapet walls, a characteristic feature of classical architecture, adds an elegant touch to the overall design. To achieve a classic look, windows with steel ornamental railings are incorporated into the structure. Corinthian columns are strategically placed for aesthetic purposes and add to the architectural appeal of the building’s facade.

In addition to these features, classical lamps are installed throughout specific areas to provide illumination and enhance the classy atmosphere. The composition of materials and detailing on this elevation is kept simple yet visually appealing.

To maintain consistency in design elements, MS Jali is used as a cover for duct areas which contributes to creating an elegant appearance for this building’s exterior facade.

Project Name: Dr.Venkatraj Residence Location: Salem

Kids Bedroom Area: 240 Sq.ft

Theuse of the color pink in this modern kid’s bedroom design with a Pretty in Pink theme has been shown to reduce aggression. In fact, it has even been effective in holding cells for violent offenders.

To enhance the aesthetic appeal of the room, a combination of open boxes and digital laminate sheets have been used to design Wardrobe & an extended study unit. This not only adds visual interest but also helps keep all items organized.

Mr. Venketraj Residence

Inaddition, hexagon-shaped shelves have been incorporated into the design. These shelves serve multiple purposes - they provide storage space while also allowing for decoration and beautification of the house.

With a proper shelving system like this one, you can proudly display your favorite books or decorative items on these stylish shelves. For example, colorful vases filled with flowers or small figurines that reflect your personal style can be showcased.

By utilizing a well-designed shelving system like this one, any room can be transformed into visually appealing space while still maintaining functionality and organization.

Project Name:Mr. Sundaram

Location: Madurai

Jewelry Area: 440 Sq.ft

The jewelry featured in this design showcases a modern classical style. To create a luxurious look, we repurposed old frosty white laminate and plywood materials. The color combination of red, brown, and white further enhances the overall aesthetic appeal.

Onenotable feature is the column covered with wooden laminate and mirror elements. By incorporating mirrors into the design, we were able to visually enlarge the space. Additionally, a pop false ceiling adorned with flower patterns along with a crystal chandelier adds an element of elegance to this jewelry display.

To add depth and texture to our design concept, we incorporated wooden textures throughout. This not only provides additional value but also creates visual interest for customers.

Mr. Madhan Residence

Project Name: Mr. Madhan Residence Location: Vellore

Aesthetic:

In this modern architectural style elevation, an elegant look is achieved by incorporating HPL sheets with laser cutting LED lights. This combination creates a visually appealing design element.

Furthermore, the Infratop ceiling system offers a practical and hassle-free solution for finishing roofs and balconies. It has been specifically designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Additionally, the inclusion of glass railing in the balcony not only adds to its aesthetic appeal but also ensures easy maintenance.

Overall, these improvements result in an elevation that combines modern architecture with stylish elements while prioritizing practicality and problem-free solutions for a beautiful yet functional space.

Project Name: Mr. Nagaraj Residence

Location: Sankagiri, Salem (Dt).

Aesthetic:

Large glass windows maximize the aesthetic beauty of outdoor spaces. Pergola makes for an ideal focal point in elevation. High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) sheets provide extreme atmospheric resistance, as well as modern and stylish appeal, making them perfect for exterior installations. Stone wall cladding is both durable and attractive when used in exterior applications, easily creating dynamic settings that bring out its timeless vibrancy. Incorporating murals further enhances this effect!

Hotel Pandian

Project Name: Hotel Pandian

Location: Pondicherry

Bedroom Area: 220 Sq.ft

In the bedroom, we have designed it in a Classical style. The TV unit is designed with a combination of marble and wood, complemented by golden strips. The color scheme in the bedroom is soft and subtle, with minimal decor to create an uncluttered look. To enhance the overall style of the room, we have incorporated wall mounted lights as well as ceiling lighting fixtures.

Hotel Pandian

One unique design choice that sets this bedroom apart is the introduction of polished brass strips. These carefully placed strips serve to contrast with other elements in the room while adding an elegant touch. They provide a stunning visual element against softer materials like marble and wood.

Overall, our aim was to create a harmonious balance between classical design elements and modern touches within this bedroom space.

Project Name: The Museum of the Senses

Location: Coimbatore

Concept:

Architecture is the art of shaping, combining and assembling simple, reasonably priced construction materials and providing the right guidance for ordinary, competent craftsmen to transform – at an affordable cost – the raw, amorphous materials of construction into a living, aesthetically satisfying building.

The Sense of Light • Light is an important parameter for humans to sense and perceive the spaces surrounding them, and the character of the light in a given space can be seen to influence our mood and wellbeing.

Light describes our environments – and light and shadow tell us about form, materials, texture, rhythm and history • Tactile architecture is architecture that is experienced via touch.

Tactile design focuses on the sense of touch. ... The sense of touch is just as important as the visual, acoustic, and olfactory senses in order to understand the properties of a product and evaluate its design: for example, smooth surfaces tend to feel cold and repellent, and very rough surfaces feel sharp or brittle.

Circle in architecture

• The Circle is a universal symbol with extensive meaning. It represents the notions of totality, wholeness, focus, infinity, unity, timelessness, the Sun, the Moon, the entire Universe. This bold and basic geometry.

ENTRY PLAZA ROOF STRUCTURE

• A Steel portal frame, laminated veneer lumber sits between the steel portal frames.

• To gain stiffness, LVL is wedged between two 9mm structural plywood.

Advantages of the use of the circle and the sphere in architecture.

• Savings in surfaces of walls and enclosures.

• Increase in energetic efficiency, thanks to a minor surface of heat transference’s better behavior regarding winds and solar radiation. In a facade of perpendicular walls, the orientations are direct.

• However, in the facades of a curved form the orientations are diluted, improving the use of the solar radiation and diminishing the penalized surfaces fir their orientation concerning the loss or gain of heat.

For the Touch- Textures and Furniture

Textiles are very important. Don’t just consider how they look and whether they mesh with your design, think about how they actually feel too. Smooth leather, raised embroidery, and soft furniture fabrics are all choices that can evoke different feelings in your customers. Textures can warm up an environment and make it more inviting.

For the Ears- Appealing Acoustics

The calming, peaceful, soothing sound of bamboo wind chimes helps you relax, unwind, call down, and fall asleep easier.

For the Nose-Subtle Smells

Bringing certain smells into a designed space can immediately impact one’s mood. While the food being served will do most of the work here, incorporating subtle smells can be comforting to customers. Customers will be more likely to return if the memory of their dining experience is paired with an appealing aroma. You can bring in specific scents by incorporating elements like essential oils, scented candles, fresh flowers or incense.

For the Eyes- Color, Lighting and shapes

Enticing a customer’s sense of sight is a key factor in achieving an appealing ambiance. VERTICAL LOUVERS -Provide natural light, which proves to be energy saving.

Mr. Karthick Residence

Project Name: Mr. Karthick Residence

Location: Salem

Plot Area: 1350 Sq.ft

Built-up Area: 650 Sq.ft

Thiselevation is designed with a combination of wood and stone patterns, which adds depth and visual effects to the design. We used 150mm Shera Wood Cladding elevation planks along with black slate wall cladding method. Slate cladding offers several benefits for exterior walls, such as durability, resistance to weathering and moisture, low maintenance requirements, and aesthetic appeal.

In addition to the materials used in this design, we also incorporated two layers of lighting. The first layer includes X shaped wall lamps that add an artistic touch to the overall appearance. The second layer consists of straight strip lights that further enhance the aesthetic appeal.

One standout feature of this elevation is a tree-shaped mural that serves as its focal point. This mural not only adds visual interest but also holds significant meaning within the overall design concept. It symbolizes growth, strength.

Project Name: Mr. Vishal Residence

Location: Erode

Plot Area: 1240 Sq.ft

Built-up Area:750 Sq.ft

We created this Elevation as per the client’s request, focusing on civil work and paint. To achieve a visually appealing effect, we strategically placed lines in a regular pattern. The color combination of grey, brown, and white was used to create a classic look. Grey is chosen for its neutral and sophisticated appearance.

Example: By utilizing this specific color scheme along with the repeated line pattern, we were able to enhance the elegance of the Elevation design while maintaining an overall timeless aesthetic.
