Frenchy’s Popcorn was founded by my father, George Gregorian, back in the 1950’s, based out of a custom antique popcorn trailer which we’ve owned since 1956, and still operated to this day. A few years later, dad purchased a 1961 International Harvester Metro Van, with 3 speed on the column and a 4 cylinder big bore motor. His route was many of the private schools on the East Side of Providence, along with feasts and festivals all over the area. By the mid 1960’s, we had moved to Cranston and Frenchy’s became the
‘official’ concessions for the Cranston Pool and the Cranston Stadium, along with Del’s Lemonade.
As the years advanced, dad retired and moved to Florida and I took over the business. We tried to become a presence at many of the events and festivals and by the mid-1990’s, we became a Waterfire vendor, and we got in to vend at Brown football games. Back in 2011, Brown asked us to become the concession vendor for all sport-

For over a decade, Frenchy’s Popcorn was the concessions provider for both Brown University athletics and later, Providence College sports as well. Frenchy’s also operates the Carousel Café at the Roger Williams Park Carousel Village. Back in March of 2020, all of our events came to a screeching halt, thanks to the then “Hey Gov’ closing down large events, and then ultimately the entire state. In order to save the business, I had to do something. A friend of mine, who owns the facility where Frenchy’s Countryside Creamery is located, contacted me. He needed my Landscape lighting services (my other business). During that conversation, the topic of running the ice cream shop came up, and seeing as I had no real options with concessions, I jumped on the opportunity. Frenchy’s Countryside Creamery features a local favorite, Warwick Ice Cream products. In addition, many of our toppings and popcorn / concessions supplies are from Virginia and Spanish Peanut Co. We even feature Yacht Club Soda for our root beer and creamsicle floats. Frenchy’s takes extra care to make sure that every customer leaves with a smile on their faces. We try to take the necessary steps to make people happy, as happy people return over and over again. Check out our huge variety of ice cream flavors, as well as our awesome shakes and sundaes too. Besides regular ice cream, we feature frozen yogurts, lactose free flavors, vegan selections and no sugar added. We even have some sorbets. Have you tried our house made Cinnamon Glazed Nuts? If so� ice cream is your thing, we serve Hood so� serve, and will soon begin making our own Del’s Lemonade as well. ED YESSAIAN For as long as I can remember, there was one guy that made it to every Spring Dyno Day at Performance Dyno and then the ED DAY Car Show. He was a great friend and it didn’t matter if he was in his SVT Lightning, his 2001 Cobra Convertible, or his Mystichrome Terminator, “Mustang Mike” Travers LOVED driving fast Fords. So, it was only fitting after Mike’s untimely passing that the great DJ Shawn Sanga would set up the original Michael Travers Memorial Car Show, which took place at the Sandown Police Station but was later moved to a larger venue at New England Dragway, as part of the ED DAY Charity Challenge festivities. Mike was a very active member in the New Hampshire Mustang Club and he loved sharing his passion with his friends, family, and of course son Mikey. FIRE TRUCK
By ROB MAY and RANDELL SPACKMAN Emergency! ran on television for several seasons in the Seventies and their vehicles were featured in previous Motorhead issues. Let’s celebrate our first responders and roll back the time even earlier! In West Chester PA, we look again at Randell Spackman’s collection (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Tow Mater were both previously featured in Motorhead). This month, we feature his 1959 C85 Mack Firetruck. Randell, a local historian, farmer and restorer of old homes and machinery, lives on his family farm which dates back to the American revolution. “I live there with my wife and four daughters and little boy (Morgan, Becca, Darby, Madison and Jude). Jude was born early and was slow to develop speech skills. His big sisters worked with him to get words and sounds out. We were always looking for motivations to get him to express himself.” Randell had been looking for a neat old firetruck for a while but never really had the money nor time. “Well, this one popped up for almost salvage weight. I had talked to Jude’s sisters and they agreed it was a nice thing to do for their baby brother.” It was getting into Dec and by doing this purchase, they knew they may not get as much from Santa. However, they wanted Jude to have this truck. The old Mack started out in Oreland PA, then went to Barto, PA. Engine 22 ran up to the Mid 1990’s. This was one of the most recognized trucks in Montgomery County. It had power steering, and it came with a very unusual Allison two speed Automatic transmission and a two-speed 22| Motorhead Magazine - June 2021

rear. This truck provided aid to many domestic fire calls, road crashes, and rescue. “It was a shame to see her wasting away in a junk yard. Somehow, this old Mack was going to rescue a young boy that needed to come out of his shell. This was the key to inspiration for Jude to talk Continued Next Page

and motivate him to blow the horn.” “Fortunately, we got it to the farm.” It barely ran and was almost road worthy. “When it was delivered, we hid it behind my workshop where we worked on it without anybody knowing. First, it was repaired with new lines - brakes and fuel. There was a search for parts to rebuild the
fuel system and batteries. Finding parts was a challenge.” Randell got everyone ready to come out of the house on Christmas morning. “Now it had ‘leaked’ that Jude was getting a fire truck, but I never said anything about scale. I found an exact model copy on Ebay.” In the truck he flipped the switches knowing this was the moment the family had worked for. The old gasoline Thermodyne 707 Cubic inch engine coughed and sputtered, but gained power and the old girl was waking up. The air pressure climbed, the brakes released, and the fire truck was put into gear. The horses were awake, and the wheels turned up the drive rounding the corner from the workshop. Everyone was in the driveway in their Christmas Pj’s. The was the big last call this Engine 22 would have to do and perhaps one of the most meaningful.

comes from riding in her, seeing her and hearing her roar down the street. It gives you goose bumps to know how this engine was the happiest thing people would see when they were in need as it was also for a little boy that need his own rescue.”

ELECTRIFICATION?? ELECTRIFICATION By ALLEN HARRIS, Executive Automotive Society The word is finally out, Lamborghini intends to go fully electric. What does that mean? That means the most iconic engine, the V12, the one that defined so many generations of car guys will be obsolete by 2030. It got me thinking. The majority of brands have made a commitment to move to electrification, meaning only electric vehicles would be offered. Even in the face of overwhelmingly negative responses, they press forward under the pressure of government regulations across the globe. In the past, vehicle owners purchased their vehicles and would upgrade every 5 or so years. Although the statements are mixed, the average today seems to be 8.4 years, but some averages state 12 years or more. This is mostly due to the quality of vehicles today allowing that time of ownership, but I tend to believe it also has a lot to do with the perception that new and mostly unwanted technologies permeate brands and make them more prone to failure. Electrification would be a huge leap and one that many don’t want to take. Any social media source that says “what about electric” will quickly have many respond, “I’ll just keep what I have,” which begs the question, until when? Regardless, brands like Ford and GM have quite the buffer to survival and even if their sales figures drop like a stone, which I perceive they will, they should be able to bounce back under a new normal. That being said, Chevrolet sells 20,000 Corvettes in a year. What if you only sell 20,000 vehicles in 10 years? The first quarter of 2021 was Lamborghini’s most profitable quarter in history. It built this future from 2002 with the introduction of the Murcielago, the move from the venerable Diablo, but it didn’t stop there. They quickly introduced the “entry level” Gallardo at around $200,000, half the price of the flagship vehicle and even under scrutiny it performed amazingly well. Now they’ve rolled out the Urus a high performance SUV that has seen incredible demand. It’s a process that Porsche could attest to for a long time. This led them to becoming profitable for the first time in many years and now breaking a record that dated back to their inception they’re on their high horse ready to unveil new projects. Almost as if a wrench had been thrown into the works all that seems to head towards being undone by the announcement that they’ll spend $1.86 billion 26| Motorhead Magazine - June 2021

to invest in the new technology they need to make a fully electric vehicle. That the new vehicle won’t be powered by the company’s traditional methods after all, a tradition that has defined them. You’re probably thinking that isn’t a big investment for most automakers, but in reality that figure is a bank breaking number, especially for a company that sells so little inventory. Large companies have folded on less. Mercedes invested only $1.33 billion in Maybach, reviving it in 2002, while losing money on each vehicles sold mothballed it in ten years selling only 3,000 vehicles worldwide. It means that Lamborghini has to create a vehicle in 9 years that has to meet their high standards, perform better than anything they’ve ever offered before, and most importantly, it has to be consumable; it has to sell. This is no small feat. It’s no secret that the automotive world moves slowly. On average it takes 6 years for a major company to go from design to production. As you can imagine, it takes a lot to go from drawing board to application to designing a production line. Every bolt in its place, every weld holding strong. Exotic and supercar brands are not your average automaker. They use space age technologies, lightweight products, and tolerances that would make most people’s eyes water to try and look at it, making each step that much more involved. Now to look at designers and say, “here’s a technology that doesn’t exist that has to make this car perfect.” Suddenly the clock seems to be ticking much faster and makes one wonder if that lofty goal can be achieved. What we’ve come to boils down to demand. The final question that makes or breaks any automaker is will the consumer want it. Does it identify with the brand? To put it in perspective, few can miss the distinct whine of a performance vehicle as the flat plane crank moves cylinders under great compression through their cycles. Who wouldn’t want to own a 700 horsepower track bred monster? Many would say they don’t like these cars, but I would even question their dedication to the statement had their wallets 200k of liquid cash in their pocket. There’s a reason that the Countach adorned posters and Trapper Keepers the world over. It’s because nobody uses the word “supercar” lightly. Trust me, if you love the smell of petrol with your morning cup of coffee these cars are for you. The only hindrance left is the deep pockets required Continued Next Page
to own one. Now switch that energy drink fueled level of adrenalin out for a silent running, no top end, electric car and it’s like going from jamming out to Metallica to suddenly loving the soothing sound of white noise on an empty radio channel. It’s just not the same no matter how you cut it. Looks aren’t the problem either. No one would question if an Aventador SVJ or Corvette C8 appearance doesn’t blow the doors off any Tesla, hands down any day of the week, but looks don’t equate to drive quality and it certainly doesn’t measure up to feel. It’s true, those with deep pockets usually prefer new technology, new experiences, but the drive, the motivation, that pushes one to the top still represents something and people identify with brands because of it. They purchase a supercar to abuse the street, to go fast, to drive like they live, on the edge. What edge will this new future push… a new future I might add that represents everything about playing it safe being sold to those who define their careers on taking risks. Unlike our daily drivers, there’s no pressure to move up models either. Let’s be honest, there will come a day when pressure to move up to the next model forces us to trade in our broken down vehicle for that electric thing we loathe. When customers asked me, “why do I need this supercar,” my response was simply, “you don’t.” Nobody buys a Lamborghini because they require it. They drive it because they want to have fun they can’t have anywhere else or they want to collect it. So every car they build needs to fit that thinking. Nobody questions why someone would pay an exorbitant amount for a one of a kind V12 700 horsepower motor and why it costs so much to produce. If all electric cars are fast, then why spend $200 to $500 thousand on one?
What happens when that $40K Tesla is just as fast as your Lamborghini? How will these stand out, beyond the marketing of course? Simply put, we’re about to find out if a round peg really does fit in the square hole.
It’s important to remember that Tesla, a company that grew from that supposed demand bubble, required substantial government assistance to maintain its life. Yes, it did pay those debts back, but its production numbers and niche market has defined it throughout its life. A constant struggle. Now compare that to brands that have lived their entire existence on the brink of bankruptcy, the precipice of failure, with no support if they lean to far peering over the edge and come crashing down. I can image real trouble on the horizon based on a current market that demand still makes up less than 2 percent. If this bet doesn’t pay off, and be assured it is a

bet, we could see brands like Ferrari, McLaren, and even Lamborghini finally following the Dodo to extinction, calling it quits and being buried by the very people that said they loved the brands so much. Drivers that went from large motors, earth shattering sounds, and triple digits speeds saying, “thanks, but no thanks. PHILIP’S 1969 GTO
When Philip was younger he was always a big fan of muscle cars. He once owned a 1966 and 1967 Pontiac GTO as well as a 1969 Chevy Camaro Pace Car Edition convertible in his younger days. Philip told me that he especially loves the rumble of any dual exhaust system. Today, he owns a beautiful 1969 Pontiac GTO. This muscle car is in perfect condition according to Philip and watching it roll into area car shows and cruise nights it would be very difficult to argue with him about that statement.
A Ram 400 engine sits under the hood and this car has been impacted with greater highway driveability due to a transmission upgrade with a Tremec TKO-600 5 speed installation. This ride also features a Hurst Shifter, stock dual exhaust and stock rear end gears. Philip recently purchased his GTO in December of 2020 from a private seller.
This Goat features power steering, tilt steering wheel, power brakes, power convertible top, hood tachometer, dual exhaust rear drum brakes and front disc brakes. The dashboard comes with new LED lights and Philip is in the process of installing
LED headlights for better night vision. This GTO puts contact on the road with 15” Cooper tires mounted on American Racer Rims. The interior is a standard parchment leather. Philip loves cruising to area car shows and cruise nights every chance he gets in his GTO. He is a resident of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, and never misses reading an issue of Motorhead Magazine. Charity Challenge at New England Dragway ED YESSAIAN After weeks of uncooperative weather, the morning of Saturday, April 24th could not have been nicer. The sun was shining, the temperature was perfect for race cars, and people were ready to get out of their houses and hit the Drag Strip and Car Show scene. I wasn’t exactly sure how the day would play out but I was blown away by the attendance this year, after last year’s reschedule and the previous year’s spotty attendance. The
Charity Challenge gave racers an opportunity to earn up to 1000.00 for any charity they chose and Junior dragsters could claim up to 250.00 for their own charities. 51 racers contested in full sized cars and an incredible 25 Junior Dragsters competed as well. At the end of it all, when the tire smoke cleared, the Winner’s Circle featured the following superstars… CHARITY CHALLENGE WINNER - Just days before this event I called out “The
Machine” Ron Childs. He might have 39 Championships, he might have over 400 wins, but I told him straight out- “You have never won an ED DAY”. Childs accepted the challenge and responded with his first ever ED DAY victory. He sent his 1000.00 prize to HELPING HANDS FOR GAND, in the name of his girlfriend Angelique James CHARITY CHALLENGE RUNNER UP - For the second straight year Cam Murray would make it to the Finals at ED DAY. He was also an ED DAY Junior Dragster Champion and could be the first competitor ever to win both Juniors and full-sized cars. CHARITY CHALLENGE JUNIOR DRAGSTER WINNER - Haylee Clough cruised through the rounds into a tough final but she pulled it off for her first ED DAY victory. Haylee followed that up the very next week with a win on the first Junior Dragster Points Day. Haylee donated her 250.00 prize to the Pope Memorial Humane Society. CHARITY CHALLENGE RUNNER UP - Making a very impressive showing, Ava Meloni ripped through some tough competition before a very tight final. Keep an eye on her this season, she’s definitely going to be at the front of the

was held at the Signature Flight Support BCT Hanger, in Boca Raton Airport, in Boca Raton, Florida, all this happened amid the parked private jets and clear blue skies! Could it get any better than this? Motorhead’s cover features a burnt orange 720S McLaren that was painted in custom baroque scrolls and was magnificent. Talk about two perfect specimens. The supercar and the supermodel! Other fabulous beauties that posed in between the fleet of private jets, included a perfect Porsche 918 Spyder worth well over a million dollars! I wished someone started her up so I could hear her purr. A stunning silver McLaren Senna was frothing at the bit, on the tarmac, just dying to be driven hard! I could only imagine her flying off into

the sunset, screaming through her gears on invisible wings. If you are a fan of the film, Ford Vs. Ferrari, the Ford GT was represented by the original Number 7 and the latest model GT, both painted in the signature colors of the Ford Le Mans racing team. Carroll Shelby would be proud. There were a pair of Lamborghinis that made me salivate over what I have always dreamed of in my fantasy “His and Her’s” garage. All I need now is the “His”! Also featured in the pictorial, was a vintage 1967 Fiat/Ferrari Dino Spider convertible painted in the colors of the Italian flag as well as a magnificent black vintage Ford Mustang. The stunning Joy Nash was born and raised in the Silver Lake area in Providence, RI. She now resides in sunny Southern Florida. Joy’s a busy girl as she owns her own health and fitness business there. Her businesses include Fitness4joy, and she is the co-creator of Elevated Living, a live weekly streaming show. She is also the beautiful spokesmodel and face for Gubba Rum, the wicked smooth rum. Joy fell in love with hot rods and fast cars at a young age. Her father imported Saabs, Peugeot, and Porsche, just to name a few. Her Dad owned a variety of muscle cars and exotics over the years. He had a 1971 Camaro and bought her Mom a classic 1960 Chevrolet Impala. Joy purchased her first muscle car at age 20, a fabulous, red hot 67 Firebird, then she later added to her own collection, a 1971 midnight blue 98 Oldsmobile. Joy loves the beach and being a beach bum. But Joy does excel at bodybuilding and as her name suggests, she loves to bring joy to many people’s lives. I will be the first to admit that I was not a fan of Junior Dragsters. A lot of us thought, here we go - a lawn mower motor in a tube chassis. This is going to be boring and a lot of time. But I have been watching this class for a couple of years and I have seen this class change, and change for the best. It started out slow like any new class, but when I saw the parents and the kids interact, it all started to come together. I saw the kids get together and talk and look at each other’s dragsters. They were forming a small team within themselves. They could not see it, but we could. They would hang 50| Motorhead Magazine - June 2021

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Does it sound like the parent’s class or any other class at the Drags? Sure, it does, they are following their parents. They are acting just like their parents in every way. Interacting exactly like them. Family time well spent. They are getting the BUG at an early age. Why not, the Drags are a great place to form lifelong friendships and bonding like no other. Come and watch the next race and you will see exactly what I am talking about. Just come and sit back and watch what these young kids do and act at the Drags. Continued Next Page
I see kids shake the other person’s hand when they lose the race. I see young kids learn sportsmanship and smile and wish the person who beat them to go on and win the race. Where did they learn this from? You, the parents, showed them how to be a good sportsman and a good person. This is just as rewarding for the parents also. At the end of every race, you will see the parents go directly to the other parents and shake their hands for the win or the loss. This a family environment for all. Grandparents come, sisters come, stepsister or stepbrothers come and yes, the uncle or aunt come too. This small little class does a BIG thing. It brings family and friends together. I see the mothers in the staging lanes taping the run and doing the fist pump when their kid takes the win. I see the dad or mom doing the tap on the helmet or a traditional fist bump to the driver before each race. I see the mom or dad put their head down when the drive red lights. They don’t show it to the driver, they say we will get them next week, no big deal. Are you having fun, we did good this weekend? Building confidence in the kids and having fun is the name of the game. I can honestly say I have learned a lot from this Junior Dragster Class. Then you get to know the parents and the kids and it becomes personal in a family type of way. They are all there to win but everyone cannot be a winner and that is a very important lesson to learn in this game of life.

Make no mistake about this class and how it has formed and how is has grown to what it is today. The parents have a lot of money invested in these scaled down Dragsters. This is not a cheap class by any means. So, the parents need to be recognized for the commitment and the financial investment. An investment well worth it. There is always one person who takes the lead and the thankless responsibility of organizing this class. This person is there every single event for these kids. Takes time out of their weekend to make this run like a swiss watch each event. It not about money either, that person does not get a dime to do this. RETURN OF THE COMET

Returning for the 50th anniversary of its initial viewing is this Mercury Comet (arrived in June 1971) now seen in Toronto, Ohio with its owner Jeff Rice. Jeff, a widower as sadly his wife of 36 years passed away from Cancer, has a Daughter, Son, and 5 Grandchildren. He is retired from the USN as a Senior Chief Petty Officer having served 20 years from 1982 to 2002. “I have had a passion for these cars ever since working on these cars at a young age.” Jeff is also a member of Maverick Comet Club International (MCCI).
paint, motor, and transmission. Jeff is the third owner. The original owner purchased the car in 1971, he was sent to the Vietnam war and killed in action. His wife kept the car in storage until 2001 until she decided to sell it. “My friend drove to Utah and towed it to his home in Ohio.” In 2016
“My first car was a 1971 Ford Maverick, similar to the Comet, was purchased when I was 16 in 1980.” He paid 300 dollars for it bought from his Aunt. He owned several classic cars over the years. “Now I have my two Comets a 1973 Red with black vinyl top and this 1971 Lime Green with black vinyl top.” Ford advertised them as very easy to maintain and service with a basic toolbox. Jeff found the Mercury while eating at a local restaurant. “After running into a guy I graduated high school with (having not seen him in over 20 years), we started talking about his car collection and mentioned the Comet. He purchased it for his ex-wife and wanted to get rid of it. Upon looking at the car at his place, I made an offer and brought her home.” The Comet is unmolested and still has the original

when Jeff bought the car, the odometer reading was 16k miles. “I now have just a bit over 32k miles. My wife had cancer when I bought the car, we did get to enjoy it together for a while Continued Next Page
before she passed away. During the first year of ownership, we won several trophies at car shows.” After purchasing the car, Jeff did general maintenance on the Comet, swapping all the rubber parts, hoses, belts etc. “I also flushed the fluids as well as greasing the car, bringing it back to like new working conditions.” He also replaced the brakes, battery, and the shocks. “I kept all of the original parts down to the wiper blade refills and boxed them up.” The only modification Jeff made was to install the Petronix Electronic ignition system, basically replacing the original points. This made a dramatic difference in the overall performance. The wheels and tires are not original to the car. They are 4 lug wheels from an early Mustang. The car has the original spare tire and inspection stickers in the trunk. Under the rear license plate is the towing instructions sticker. “I also have the original owner’s manual and the dealer brochures.” The features of the Comet include the bright Lime Green color, black vinyl roof, AC, and the deluxe interior black woven vinyl bench seat. There were 9998 Comets made that year, and 226 of them were made like this one. Knowing the rust issues of these cars. This is most likely the only one if its kind left on the planet. This Comet has the 250 inline six-cylinder engine, C4 select shift automatic transmission, and 2.79 conventional rear axle. Drum brakes with manual steering were standard. Jeff drives this car weekly to keep the system charges and fluids flowing by taking it on short trips and car shows on the weekends. In the winter, the Comet is garage kept. “When driving, the steering is precise and very stiff. Not easy to park, but a dream on the open roads. You won’t win any races, but it has enough power for highways. You definitely get plenty of attention and waves, while listening to the tunes on the AM radio. The Mercury is a real head turner. “I have won over 20 trophies and awards with her. I have taken first place at two shows and second place at the MCCI car show that had only Mavericks and Comets. There were 50 cars at this show and was very pleased they picked my car in the top 3 by winning second place.
The first-place winner was selected because it had the original wheels and mine had different wheels.”

Hope Service, Inc. shines a ray of hope with a charity car show. Charity car shows in 2020 were far and few in between. It’s been a trying past several months in regards to the car show scene and many charities were hit hard with their funding opportunities. Including charity driven car shows and cruise nights.
These charity car shows are just the beginning with that effort. Hope to see you all there!
Everyone can agree that the year 2020 was a tough year on most of us one way, or another. Richard Zambarano asked himself if this was the right time to purchase a business during the pandemic. Richard worked for Samuel (Sam) Brown for twenty-five (25) years at Hope Service Station located in Scituate Rhode Island. Over the Years, Richard watched how Sam treated the customers, parts vendors and his employees and knew someday that he himself wanted to purchase this business. Sam was his mentor all of those years and made him the mechanic and shop owner that he is today. September, 2020, the sale was complete and the name was changed to Hope Service, Inc. Richard just had a dream realized after all of those years of hard work. The purpose of the car show on June 13, 2021 is to get the community out together again to support two local charities while admiring custom cars and motorcycles. The canned goods collected will be donated to The Scituate Food Pantry. All other proceeds from our registration and raffles will be donated directly to The Izzy Foundation at Hasbro Children’s Hospital to assist families with children with pediatric cancer. Charities that benefit from these types of classic car and truck shows, as well as cruise nights, are raising less funds because people can’t afford gas prices. If they do attend, they have to donate less because it costs them a small fortune at the pumps to fill up their rides with gas. Basically, the low-pressure side of the pump has a lower boiling point and the fluid will vaporize; the pump can’t move a vapor. 2. RHODE RAGE!!! This article does not apply to everyone but it sure does apply to some of you. I’m not sure if it’s because everyone has been forced to stay at home most of the past year, or people have just completely forgotten how to be civil to each other, or they just do not know how to drive. I know that what I’ve witnessed on the roadways across Rhode Island recently makes my skin crawl. Seriously, what is wrong with some people behind the wheel of their cars? Did a year off from driving cause you to become stupid when you drive? I’ve seen so many middle fingers pointed at other drivers I can’t count them all. If you are bragging about your IQ’s, don’t. The way that you drive already shows everyone around you your IQ. It’s two digits, or what I refer to as, room temperature IQ’s.

Constantly saw speeding, reckless driving, tailgating, looking at your cell phones, weaving in and out of traffic and the worst thing of all, speeding in parking lots. Hey, idiots! Kids and families are walking around in shopping centers, plazas and mall parking lots. Slow your asses down! Another great move is the “pull out”. Morons that see you driving towards them on the roadways and just before you arrive at their location they decide to pull out in front of you. That’s if they even look to see if anyone is driving near them in the first place. It happens all the time. They don’t pull out in front of you and then do the speed limit. Nope! Not these geniuses. They pull out in front of your vehicle and then crawl under the speed limits instead. It’s like nobody on the planet exists beside them. Where do these people come from? Another idiot driver is the individual that crawls down roads with double no passing lines painted down the middle and when you are approaching the painted passing lines down the middle of the road they speed up to keep you from driving around them. Arrive at double lines designating no passing allowed they slow down again to a crawl. Talk about control freaks. You know that these individuals are control freaks on and off the road. Something else that gets my blood pumping is watching people throw their trash and garbage out of their vehicle windows onto our roadways and streets. What a bunch of pigs! No respect. No consideration for the community they drive through.

Warren Goodwin, a Colonial Warrior, makes his starbase in New Zealand (exact location undisclosed). In 2017, he started with the idea to build a slightly scaled down full sized Colonial Viper for shows, events, and display. While matt paintings are a great backdrop, a large-scale version in 3D is much more impressive. The plan was to make a lowcost vehicle designed for easy pack away and transportation. Many of the parts fold up for storage. Initially, Pepakura patterns for a 1/6th

Etch reflects upon activities involving classic cars and trucks, along with the automotive shows, NASCAR events and NHRA drag racing, before the government decided to put all of these vehicle usage laws into affect stopping anyone from participating with these racing activities and driving classic vehicles on America’s roadways. His mind races back to the guys getting together at his house to work on their rides while firing up the grill and drinking a couple of cold beers on a warm summer day. Etch only drinks ice coffee, or ice tea, and limits his friends to just two beers every few hours to avoid any hazardous driving situations that could occur on the road due to heavy alcohol consumption. He won’t allow it and they
all know it. Etch turns up the volume on his garage stereo system while the guys snap their fingers and tap their boots listening to the classic rock songs mixed in with the great oldies songs playing loudly from a number of outside speakers he painstakingly mounted on his exterior garage walls for these occasions. He also has the NASCAR race tuned in on two of his three outdoor television sets for the guys to watch while feasting on grilled cheeseburgers and hot dogs Etch placed on his New England Patriots logo propane grill.
