SERVICE AND GLOBAL MANAGEMENT
Thanks to the experience and skills gained over the years we can successfully devise and implement complex strategies to manage the various hospital departments. In order to design Service or Global Management strategies, MEDICAL offers its own staff and departments, supported by specifically trained managers working in different areas: Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, Dialysis, Oncology and Vascular Access. The activities consist of specific phases: 路 FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS AND REMODELLING DEPARTMENT PROCEDURES - after studying the specific requirements with regard to standards and technical and economic aspects, we analyse the organisation and procedures of single departments or whole hospitals in order to improve the use of the human, structural and economic resources, reduce waste and maximise the workflow, by applying the "Lean Thinking" approach. 路 LEAN THINKING TOOLS AND SERVICE AND GLOBAL MANAGEMENT PLANNING - we perform feasibility and process analyses to identify the set of actions needed to generate the service (value stream) and study practical tools to limit resource requirements, reduce problems and boost the synchronisation and execution of the processes. Then, we set out the specific activities, including materials, electromedical equipment, IT systems, as well as building and installation work, furniture and furnishings, department warehouse management, staff training activities and cardiovascular perfusion services. 路 SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ELECTROMEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND ASSISTANCE MANAGEMENT - we guarantee that the necessary electromedical equipment is supplied and installed so that the department or facility is operational. The activities, including "full risk" management and assistance, are performed by technicians with proven experience and skills, who are given constant updating and training. When necessary, we use direct support from the suppliers.

· SETTING UP IT PLATFORMS FOR DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT - we supply specially designed and developed hardware and software tools to manage department warehouses, with complete control of consumption, stocks and reorders, registration of the clinical procedures performed, the patient involved and the devices used, and compilation in real time of heart lung machine records. We design and develop integrated solutions for making patient files, data collection and statistical elaboration, image management, with the possibility of full and total interfacing with centralised records offices and with the electromedical equipment according to the most widespread communication standards in the health sector. · SUPPLY OF MEDICAL DEVICES - with our order management system, devices can be delivered directly from the supplier to the customer or put in storage and distributed from the Sassari or Rome warehouses. · GLOBAL ASSISTANCE MANAGEMENT - we make sure that every element making up the Service, from the most sophisticated and technological to the most common, is kept perfectly efficient and covered by a full-risk assistance service. · HEALTH WORKER TRAINING - we train and update the health facility workers with the support of product specialists and clinical tutors, organising teaching sessions, clinical studies, trials and participation in national and international conferences. · CARDIOVASCULAR PHYSIOPATHOLOGY SERVICE - in this sphere, the Service can include perfusion service management, which includes both the perfusion work performed by graduate technicians as well as the necessary devices; these Services can also integrate the technical engineering service during electrophysiology procedures.
