President’s Letter Dear PSA Members and Conference Guests, Welcome to the 2015 Professional Staff Association Summer Conference | BE Extraordinary! It’s an exciting time for the organization as we continue to grow, and remain a strong pillar within the Maricopa Community Colleges. Our organization is confronting a time of many changes and we’re meeting these changes during a time of larger nation-wide and global changes. During the conference we hope to achieve a greater level of networking through breakout sessions, activities, and an assemblage of powerful and motivational speakers. We’re transforming the way we operate to continuously improve our ability to be student focused, supporters of our various and diverse communities, and leaders. We should all be very excited about where we are headed. Thank you for attending the conference. You are truly our greatest asset today and we could not accomplish what we do without your support and leadership. As organization leaders, you have the vision, the knowledge, the wherewithal and the experience to help us pave our way into the future. Throughout this conference, please stay engaged, keep us proactive and help us shape the future of the Professional Staff Association. My personal respect and thanks goes out to all of you.

Sincerely,

Leah Dustin-Hall
