Learn about developments in the Latino Food Industry at this exclusive panel discussion on the second day of the 2023 Antojo Industry Trade Expo. The event, hosted by the Latino Restaurant Association, will help you understand the current state of the industry and how the trends will impact your business.

The event begins at 2 p.m. and will last about 90 minutes. A small awards ceremony will occur at the end.

Panelists will include Lucy Ramirez-Thompson, president of the Latino Restaurant Association and co-owner of Pez Cantina in Los Angeles; Shalimar Guillen, senior commercial mortgage broker at Arbor Financial Group; Lizette Gaviña, director of marketing for Gaviña Coffee; and Patrick Rodriguez, vice president and business banker, First Citizens Bank. The panel will be moderated by Lilly Rocha, executive director of the Latino Restaurant Association.
