Learn about developments in the Latino Food Industry at this exclusive panel discussion on the second day of the 2023 Antojo Industry Trade Expo. Panelists will include Lucy Ramirez-Thompson, president of the Latino Restaurant Association and co-owner of Pez Cantina in Los Angeles; Shalimar Guillen, senior commercial mortgage broker at Arbor Financial Group; Lizette Gaviña, director of marketing for Gaviña Coffee; and Patrick Rodriguez, vice president and business banker, First Citizens Bank. The panel will be moderated by Lilly Rocha, executive director of the Latino Restaurant Association.
