It's just over a year since we launched our 2020-21 season ticket campaign and at that time the country had just entered into the first national lockdown. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic had already made a mark on our way of life, at that stage, very few would have predicted the scale of the impact it has had on us all since then. In the last year many have suffered severe illness, or very sadly, lost family members to the virus. Our hearts go out to all supporters who have lost loved ones during this time, and those who have experienced long term effects of this horrible virus. Everybody has felt the impact of the virus on their lives in some way. We have all had to learn to change and adapt to circumstances and football has been no exception. For us, playing all but two of our games this season without supporters in the ground has presented many challenges financially, and operationally. But it is perhaps the social aspect which has affected us all more than anything else. The opportunity to join together as a community with a shared love for the Club, as we have done uninterrupted for decades, has been missed by all. This year, we have worked hard to provide supporters with as much engagement as possible. iFollow coverage has been provided as part of your season ticket pack for the vast majority of our matches and this has enabled you to watch our progress live, home and away. Every additional match pass purchased has also helped to provide vital income while games have continued behind closed doors. But none of the progress we have been able to make on and off the pitch this year would have been possible without your support. Even with an empty stadium, your voices have been heard loud and clear across the Club. Whether you became a 'Legend' at the end of last season, purchased a season ticket for this season or have continued to support from home via iFollow – your backing has enabled the team not just to survive in the Championship, but to compete and grow. So with spring in the air and the tide turning against the pandemic – we must now look ahead with
optimism to the 2021-22 season with you back where you belong, at home in Kenilworth Road. As things stand, we are planning to open up in August with a full capacity. Of course, we have seen how things can change quickly, but we are doing everything possible to allow this to happen safely when the new season begins. This year, season ticket prices will be frozen across the board at our 2020-21 rates and for supporters who are renewing their tickets this season, we are happy to be able to provide a 40% credit against their 2021-22 ticket if requested. It’s no secret that the Championship is a very tough league. The difference in budgets across Championship clubs is well publicised, but we are committed to continue operating in a way which is responsible, and financially sustainable. As such, after consultation with supporters, we're giving you the option to - wherever possible - pay the full rate for your 2021/22 season ticket, without the 40% credit, and become a member of an elite, new club. It’s a big ask, and a call that we understand some will not be able to answer this time. But those who feel that they can afford to pledge this additional support can feel confident that their money will go directly to supporting Nathan Jones' transfer budget and our efforts in the transfer market to further enhance our competitive edge next season. Those who do pay the full rate this season will be included in a special 'Transfer Club' which will come with some unique, exclusive benefits. You'll have access to monthly webinars, zoom meetings with summer signings, inclusion in a 2021-22 supporter 'Roll of Honour' on the official website and a chance to win a match worn shirt at each home game. We think you'll agree that this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the club's sustainability in the Championship, at the same time as supporting Nathan Jones and Mick Harford in being able to identify and recruit the best players we possibly can.

2021-22 SEASON TICKETS BUY-BACK SCHEME As Kenilworth Road was at capacity the last time fans were permitted to attend games without restrictions, the buy-back scheme played an important part in enabling non season ticket holders to attend matches that would have been unavailable otherwise. If Covid-19 restrictions are fully lifted and Kenilworth Road is again at capacity, the buy-back scheme will be available. If you have to miss a game, you will be entitled to a £10 buy-back voucher for any adult or concession ticket and £5 buy back voucher for junior or youth returns. This voucher can be used at either of the club shops or catering units within the ground. Please contact the ticket office for further information if you wish to use this scheme. A maximum of 5 buy back back vouchers can be claimed per season.
OAK ROAD SEASON TICKETS The Oak Road stand is currently sold out. Any existing supporter who would like to move to the Oak Road stand, can contact us from the 20th May when we will be able to advise if there is any availability.
LOYALTY SCHEME The contribution season ticket holders make this season will again be particularly important. Therefore we will continue to offer our loyalty scheme which will enable existing season ticket holders to maintain and build their loyalty advantage. When booking online, if you qualify for a loyalty discount it should appear automatically at the time of your booking. If you have moved up into a new loyalty bracket, please contact the ticket office via email before booking your seat. If you are booking using the paper form then please tick the relevant box and enter the appropriate price. The ticket office will cross check against their records and contact you if there are any queries.
SEASON TICKET WAITING LIST There are in excess of 600 supporters already on our waiting list from previous seasons. Supporters currently on the waiting list will be contacted if seats become available from 1st June and offered the early bird price. We aim to contact all supporters on the waiting list by Saturday 19th June.

The quickest and easiest way to renew your season ticket and the most cost-effective way for the club is to log in to our online booking tool at www.eticketing.co.uk/lutontown using your client reference number*. If nothing has changed since last season the price displayed will be correct including your loyalty discount. If you have changed age category, wish to upgrade to a diamond season ticket or qualify for extra loyalty and the price isn't reflected correctly, then please contact the ticket office by email before making your online purchase. Once the correct price is displayed you will have the opportunity to apply the promo code (CREDIT 40) should you wish to take your 20-21 credit and the price will be reduced by 40%.

INSTALMENT OPTIONS. To assist any supporters who may have been affected by the pandemic, as well as continuing to offer four and six monthly instalments, you will also have the option to pay by 10 monthly instalments if renewing your season ticket by the end of May 2021. The total cost of the season ticket will be split into equal monthly payments. Your first payment will be taken in your month of renewal and subsequent payments will be taken on the first working day of each following month. Instalments are taken by reoccurring card payments, not direct debits. It is your responsibility to contact the ticket office if you have a new payment card. It only costs £30 to renew, or £40 to join the scheme, and if you upgrade to a Diamond season ticket, you can choose to opt in for this service at no extra cost. HOW DOES IT WORK? When a game with allocated tickets is announced, we’ll automatically take payment and send out your tickets. It is important you take note of these terms and conditions when using the instalment plan. This is not a direct debit and notification will not be received from your bank if payments fail. Please check your payments on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to inform the Ticket Office of any change in your card details. 1.

The option to pay using the instalment plan is not available to anyone aged under 18 years of age. The Club agrees to use reasonable endeavours to collect the instalments on the specified dates referred to in the application form. These dates cannot be changed. In the event of an instalment being returned unpaid you will be subject to a penalty fee of £2 for each time this occurs. The Club will collect payment on the 1st working day of the month, should that request fail subsequent requests will be made throughout the month. If payment cannot be obtained during the month, the Club will have the

option of requesting the return of the season ticket or to take other action as it considers appropriate to recover the arrears. In the event of a failure to return the season ticket as described in clause 4, the Club reserves the right to take whatever legal action it considers necessary to affect the return of any season tickets not returned as agreed. Any costs thus incurred will fall to you to pay. You will not without prior consent of the Club be entitled to use the season ticket in the event of a default in clause 5. If following a default as described in clause 5 you wish to continue to be a season ticket holder for the remainder of the current season, you shall pay forthwith to the Club the total of the remaining payments which are unpaid, together with interest thereon at 4% above the base lending rate of Bank of Scotland PLC. It is your responsibility to notify the Club of any change to the card details. If the Club is not notified of any change and an instalment payment fails as a result, the Club shall have no liability to you and the provisions of clause 5 and 6 shall apply. Following a default as described in clause 5 and 6, all instalment facilities will be withdrawn from you indefinitely. No time or indulgence extended to you nor any waiver of any breach hereof shall prejudice, affect or restrict the rights and powers of the Club. This agreement is personal to you. The terms of this agreement will apply to any renewal unless otherwise advised by the Club on or before the date of such renewal. The above terms are governed by English law.
By signing the season ticket application form and completing relevant card details you are giving permission to automatically take payment for your seat and forward your tickets to you. The Ticket Office will need to be informed of any card changes throughout the season
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA We may use the information you provide us, or we have garnered from web based technology, for administration, marketing, customer services and profiling your purchasing preferences. If compelled to do so, we will disclose your information to law enforcement agencies. We may keep your information for a reasonable period to contact you about our services, offers and promotions. Luton Town Football Club 2020 Ltd will do nothing with your personal data that you would not anticipate from a privacy conscious company with a contact strategy founded upon permission based marketing and in line with GDPR regulations.
