Marketing, been NST in the last period in AIESEC in Mexico, the result It was the Creation of the biggest campaign for recruitment for OGX, making a campaign focused, aligned and effective in order to help the LCs and obtain the best results, in this period i realize of the work and energy you need to make it real, also of understand what it means the real sacrifice for AIESEC, and the rewards. The develop of products for iGIP, to make it easier the meeting between LCs and Companies. Here learn a lot about iGIP, be professional is a vital point to concrete the sales, even since marketing area, and not just in the sales. GCDP, I lived one product more of AIESEC, the results? ,I learned what it means the big little details ; the people and the contacts I did in Europe, They help in the creation of this propuse, now I'm really aware what is necessary to make grow AIESEC in Guanajuato

How much time per day will you be able to invest on AIESEC during your LCP Term?

In this section maybe is better put my schudele but we know you’ll never respect the hours for @ or for the school, if are something to do, You’ll nish when the work’s done. But in this part I’ll say 4 hour, That’s is my commitment, I WILL WORK IN AIESEC AT LEAST 4 HOURS PER DAY. But if you know my busy days, in 2015 i will be available all the time except 3 hours in the week, why? I just have ONE class in the semester. YES, I’m planning this since..well a lot of time.

I asked to people , in order to answer the best. My leadership style is my passion, I involve my work group in a synergy based in passion, energy, and happiness, I like to think in myself as a bringer of happiness around me. I spread my passion in order to achieve the results quickly.

i’ll always have a lot of problem in this because always a want to be better and improve myself, and I’m always in a lot of projects, but in this case AIESEC is my priority, no matter what I’m not the guy action-oriented, I always have a plan, in the most of the case, is teally usuful, but I lost a lot of time in this. Strengthen the Team Leader Program, in order to créate more and better leadership experiences quickly. Complete the process mapping and audit the existing.z Create sustainable projects , to impact in the organizational goals · What will be the greatest challenges for your LC in the next year? Grow like never before in ICX (specially GIP). Why just one? We need to focus all our energy and resources to achieve it. · What actions would you propose to overcome these challenges? First, making the coordinators real TLPs, this will make bigger involve with AIESEC, and will make easier the operativity of the areas. Second, better operativity it means We can have more membership, and this allowed us make more, and quickly, without make complex the process, A complete and integral strategy in marketing to involve more stakeholders in less time with less resources: “INBOUND MARKETING” · How will you manage these facts to impact in the 2015 vision goals? In order to achive the 2015 goals, 1. START NOW empowering TLP, 2. Training in GIS(and more important, the new custumer ow) 3.Creating with the all areas, the complete strategy to develop each program, growing in the awearness

4. Which do you think that should be the correct behavior into AIESEC in Mexico? We need to believe in our BIG DREAM, be conformist is the correct recipe to failure, We have to have the courage to believe in our work and go for big projects, and not just go for the normal rate. All our action have to be orienten in the achivement of the Mos of 2015. Collaborative, with the network, and believe in ONE AIESEC MEXICO, yes, the fun “contest” of what LC is great, in th framewirk of friendship, but we need to care more beetween us. What should be your actions as EB in order to achieve it? Have constant, efective and action oriented COMUNICATION with the network in order to create new and better strategies with a important impact.

With Gen2015 we will be focusing on iGIP and oGCDP. How can you contribute to that movement? What kind of innovation can you bring?

I've always considered myself a creative person, but besides that, my international experienceias have given me a completely new approach, not only for Guanajuato, but also for Mexico, that's my innovative contribution.

How do you understand PRACTICALLY being collaborative, purposeful and action oriented? What can you do for your LC to ensure that each member is living those behaviors?

First maintaining a constant ow of information between all areas, not only between the EB, if not the entire committee to work you must ď€ rst know what is happening, what is being done well and what is being done wrong. Second identifying areas of opportunity for each area, and start thinking about how other areas can help me improve, and not always act ď€ rst thinking to solve the problems on our own. Third, from early stages involving the entire membership, especially in developing solutions


Describe 4 in your opinion the most important synergies between EB members. How can you strengthen them? Synergy between core areas and support areas, Synergy Marketing with focus area Synergy between the LCP and Vps Synergy between all VPS with FNZ Mesuring the relation, How many emails? how many meeting? How many event organized? What kind of actions can you do to maintain legal and ď€ nancial sustainability and generate proď€ t? Correct ď€ nancial planning and investment niches identifying investors for the projects have sustenbilidad from its early stages.


What kind of 3 behaviors of leadership should the Executive board have?

1.Based on values, and no matter what happen, if is better or is worst, you have to act as your values tell you. INTEGRITY, and you have to have the courage to follow your values. 2 Any action should be oriented to creating new leaders. The primary goal of a leader is the creation and development more leaders, its entirely on the vp the responsability of development of leadership skills in their membership 3.Colabaration as a success way, everything affects everything, and everything depends on everything, no one is a separate entity that will get results alone.

How would you implement TEAM minimums in your LC? AS a KPI in the performance on the area, and presented on the ď€ rst result plenary. beacuse reminder, this part is not just because is pretty or just work, is vital in order to have a clear vision in the whole membership, in order to achive the goals and In a LC day after conal and also with the Sus.
