To KISD Staff and Parents: I write this letter to inform you of the resignation of Gary Robinson. Coach Robinson has submitted his resignation effective August 29, 2017. We are very appreciative of all he has done for the athletic program here at Krum ISD and especially his efforts in building our football program into what it is today. I am aware of the challenges that the timing of this creates, and in an effort to make this transition as smooth as possible, we have named Coach Allen Oh as the Head Football Coach. He is starting his eighth year with the district and is currently the offensive coordinator. I am confident in his ability and the ability of the rest of our coaching staff to make sure our students have every opportunity to be successful. Our priority at this time is to make sure we do all we can to support and encourage these athletes, especially our senior football players. As with any change, there will be challenges that arise. Please understand that we will be doing all we can to make this transition as quick and as seamless as possible. As we work through this, if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to call and ask. However, I do ask for your patience and understanding as we work through this process and know that we are all interested in one thing, which is the well-being of our students. Sincerely,
