Notice! The Mayor (may he be enlarged) has just released the Electro-messaging Brevification Legislation. This states that all Electro-messages must contain no more than 100 words. The first word must contain the word "Notice!" and must end with the last name of a person (preferably, but not limited to, the person sending the message).
