The ‘Promoter’ is the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), 121 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4LX 1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. 2. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents over 18 who have a child aged from birth to 5 at any time during the take-up period (see point 8 below). This includes siblings of children who are already attending a LEYF nursery. 3. The Prize Draw excludes LEYF employees, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. It also excludes parents who currently have or have had children in any of LEYF’s nurseries over the period January 2012-September 2013. 4. To enter the Prize Draw a legible and valid LEYF Nursery Application form must be completed and submitted to the relevant LEYF nursery by 30 September 2013. The parent or guardian then needs to register their details here on the LEYF website. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the participating nurseries by the closing date for any reason. Entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. 5. Only one entry per child. 6. All completed entries (both completed Nursery application forms and online registration) will be entered into the Prize Draw which will take place 2 weeks after the promotion closes (30 September 2013). The Prize Draw will be monitored by an independent adjudicator. 7. There are 50 individual prizes of £25 John Lewis vouchers available to be won. 8. Take-up period. The applicants have from 15 August 2013 until 30 September 2013 to enter the competition. 9. The winners will be notified by email by 31 October 2013. 10. Once the individual winners respond to the notification email they will be sent their £25 voucher by post. LEYF takes no responsibility for any prizes lost in the post. 11. If any prize remains unclaimed by 30 November 2013 then it will lapse and LEYF reserve the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner in accordance with these rules. 12. To obtain details of the winners (name, borough & nursery only) please email marketing@leyf.org.uk quoting ‘John Lewis Vouchers’ in the subject line. 13. The winner and child agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photos in the publicity. 14. Data Protection Act 1998. LEYF, as the promoter, will collect personal data in the course of this Prize Draw and the provision of child care services. Any personal data will only be used by LEYF for the purposes of carrying out its obligations under its Terms and Conditions and will be kept strictly confidential. LEYF is registered with the Information Commissioner as a Data Controller and aims to process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Please refer to our website for the list of participating LEYF nurseries. By entering into this Prize Draw each entrant is bound by these terms and conditions. Once a childcare place at the nursery is taken up by the child then LEYF’s standard terms and conditions apply. 19.
