Dear Friends, Welcome to another volume of The Legacy Collection! This beautiful real estate book has become the cornerstone of our print marketing campaign. Each time we prepare and present a new volume, it has spurred us on to enhance and enlarge distribution beyond our traditional advertising partners. Our current volume, as was the case with the previous volume, has been shrink wrapped with our magazine partners and shared with their entire subscriber base. We leveraged our print run to enhance our distribution by inserting The Legacy Collection into the Friday edition of the Wall Street Journal for home and business delivery in Greater Boston and its suburbs, Dallas, TX, and into the home of every Wall Street Journal subscriber in Maine. We have also shared thousands of copies in local Maine periodicals which brings our total distribution to between 50,000 and 100,000 per volume. We are not satisfied with print only, which is why we create a gorgeous e-magazine version of The Legacy Collection, and share it with over 40,000 online clients and prospects. There is no other Maine real estate publication that delivers the exposure and the quality content of The Legacy Collection. We are proud to share it with you. In looking at the market for 2018, we are seeing a changing landscape, with new opportunities, as well as some new challenges, on the horizon. The Greater Portland area is alive and well. It continues to be discovered by people and lifestyle publications worldwide for its quality of life, local arts, culture, restaurants, ease of access, and overall great vibe. Of course, with such a surge in popularity, we have had a surge in demand for both seasonal and year round properties from enthusiastic buyers looking to join the fun.
