planner for your own important activities and events.

Healthy Recipes

the fuel that you give it. Some learning disabilities are simply a result of a poor functioning brain due to a bad diet. n  Focus on whole foods, organic produce, nuts

and meats n  Having healthy snacks on hand encourages

kids to eat healthier. Eliminate the temptation of junk food and make sure the healthy choices in your home are ones that the child will eat.
