Founded: 1866, as a private, coeducational institution on the site of the Annville Academy. Became a four-year institution by 1883 as the lower grades were phased out.

Student Enrollment: 1,651 full-time undergraduate students, with 99 part-time undergraduates and 172 graduate students. Student Financial Aid: approximately 97 percent of full-time students receive financial aid in the form of LVC grants and academic scholarships.
