drirelease® with FreshGuard® offers a patented blend of 85-90% hydrophobic/synthetic („water-hating“) fabrics and 10-15% natural/hydrophilic („water-loving“) fibers. This intimate combination teams up to efficiently grab liquid away from the skin and push it to the outside of the fabric where it can evaporate quickly. That‘s why clothing made with drirelease® always feels soft and always stays dry.
Likewise coldblack® technology guarantees a minimum UPF 30 protection when applied to any textile in any color without affecting the look or feel of the product. As a result, textiles with coldblack®, only in colourway black, can make an effective contribution to protection against harmful UV rays.
Keep on course – and keep fresh! FreshGuard® is an environment friendly odor neutralizer that is embedded in all drirelease® fabrics. It eliminates odors in garments by blocking odor-causing sebaceousbody oils from attaching to the fabric – also stopping the attraction of odor-causing bacteria. Unlike other products, which use a topical anti-microbial finish, FreshGuard® is a process that is built directly into drirelease® fabrics and doesn’t come out in the wash. When tested by the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) in each of the tests, FreshGuard® products emerged untouched.

3D MESH PADDED BACK PANEL
This innovative, super fl at adjustment mechanism on the inside offers immense benefits: even multilayered material stays fl at and there is no danger caused by loose ends. The closing mechanism is adjustable to any body size.
The elastic neoprene cuffs on the inside of sleeves and the ends of the legs fit perfectly to wrists and ankles, as well as shoes, and ensure optimum protection against water penetration. Neoprene also feels comfortable against the skin.
The back panel protects against blows in the high-risk area of the lower back. The new, shock absorbing 3D Mesh Pad is fi xed to the jacket on the inside and dries extremely quickly.

All GORE-TEX® products are durably waterproof and therefore offer reliable protection for the entire lifetime of the product. The GORE-TEX® membrane (ePTFE = expanded Polythetrafluorethylen) has a microporous structure and contains over 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square centimetre. It’s pores are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet, so water cannot penetrate the membrane. The pores of the GORE-TEX® membrane are 700 times larger than a water vapour molecule. This allows perspiration and heat to escape from the inside while the garment remains waterproof on the outside. No heat accumulates.
