Box with adjustable height Variants with adjustable height enjoy increasing popularity amongst shipping companies. Owing to the application of special systems of regulation for the servomotor or the lever, the driver can save even up to a dozen or so minutes of the time devoted to lowering or lifting the roof. In the height adjustment component an additional row of grips for a customs secure fastening rope and an additional row of loops in the canvas cover is installed on the sideboard.

Curtain and movable roof system Standard equipment can be supplemented with a movable system of a one-sided or a double-sided side curtain and a movable roof. At the top of the canvas cover there is a rubber sealing which protects against weather conditions.

Variants of closing the box Each box equipped with a canvas cover can be adjusted to the Customer’s needs, by making use of one of the variants of closing the rear part of the box: a rolling canvas cover which, owing to its properties, will facilitate and at the same time significantly accelerate the process of unloading. a loading lift which makes loading of items having large overall dimensions possible. Moreover, at the top there is a hatch made of plastic. The rear door in two variants: rear aluminium door and container door made of high quality walls of Sandwich type.
International box
A box with a canvas cover – among the boxes the most popular are the international boxes, equipped with the Classic, LX or SkyCab cabin and Webasto or Eberspächer heating. Depending on the specifications, we obtain the best load carrying parameters. The high load carrying capacity and lower fuel consumption obtained through the appli¬ed aerodynamic package, contribute to our box becoming a highly reliable employee for years. Similarly to the open box, the standard equipment contains a tool box made of plastic, of the capacity of 43 l and a water tank with a tap and a soap dish.

Variants of boxes with adjustable height enjoy increasing popularity. Owing to the application of special systems of regulation for the servomotor or the lever, the driver can save even up to a dozen or so minutes when changing the height of the roof. As standard equipment of every box with adjustable height additional rows of grips for a customs secure fastening rope and of loops in the canvas cover are installed. The LAMAR portfolio contains three types of adjustment: mechanical, pneumatic and lever-based.

Lever adjustment
Roof adjustment provides for a range of lifting by 240 mm and 300 mm. Upon releasing safeguards and pulling the lever downwards in two corners, the roof is automatically lifted.
Roof adjustment using the lever provides for a range of lifting by 250 mm. It is addressed in particular to companies which ship cagroes having various overall dimensions.
Curtain and movable roof system Curtains and side curtains – A system of sliding curtains allows for a quick side loading and side unloading. Designed particularly for companies dealing with the transportation of large size commodities, for the loading of which specialist equipment is required. Available as a one-sided or a two-sided option. The upper part of the canvas cover has been equipped with a specially selected rubber sealing which protects the cargo against weather conditions, as well as it significantly increases the durability of the system. What is also becoming more and more popular are vehicle bodies complemented with a movable roof system.

Movable roof It finds its application mainly amongst companies, in case of which the loading of the shipped commodities is hindered due to the overall dimensions thereof. In the vast majority of cases the sys¬tem constitutes a supplement to a curtain or a side curtain. Currently, we can distinguish between two variants of the movable roof: A movable roof system – the roof is integrated with a two-sided curtain or a side curtain. Independent movable roof – the curtains and the roof move independently of each other.

Variants of closing the box LAMAR vehicle bodies have been designed in a manner which makes it possible to modify them easily. It is possible to install different variants of closure in every type of box. Currently the company portfolio includes four variants: - Rolling canvas cover, which significantly shortens the unloading time, due to its properties the vehicle body does not lose weight of the load. - Loading lift which makes loading of items having large overall dimensions possible. Moreover, at the top there is a hatch made of plastic. - Rear door in two variants: aluminium and container made of high quality PVC panels.

SkyCab sleeper cabin Full of extremes and full of cohesion. This catchphrase helped us attract a number of customers all over Europe. The SkyCab cabin, despite its overall dimensions, turns out to be just as light as its antecedents, simultaneously maintaining its insulation properties due to the application of special materials. The front window not only provides additional space, but also serves as an emergency exit.
LX sleeper cabin The LX cabin is the antecedent of the SkyCab cabin. Its interior is lined with a soft, extremely comfortable and abrasion-resistant fabric. We have paid particular attention to mattresses which will ensure comfort during sleep. The cabin will most certainly maintain the proper temperature owing to special thermal insulation, an adjustable air outlet and the possibility of opening windows slightly
Classic sleeper cabin The aerodynamic shape helps the cabin diminish air resistance while driving the vehicle, and helps to save fuel. It is a really notable advantage which will translate into profits. All the materials used in our projects are characterised by top quality and high durability.
Spoiler The aerodynamic shape of our spoilers provides the users with a guarantee in terms of reducing the resistance of air by a minimum of 18% and reducing the fuel consumpÂŹtion by a minimum of 10%. The spoilers expose the dynamic character of the car through their shape and design.

Containers and isotherms As their main goal the engineers and designers chose to design a container which, apart from its practical advantages, will stand out owing to its attractive appearance. Stress has been placed on possibilities of expansion using dedicated elements. Owing to this, it is possible to reduce the fuel consumption by as much as 5% with heat formed side skirts! We have designed container boxes and isotherms, the advantage of which is their large load carrying capacity, possibility of expansion and a unique design.

Container and insulated container vehicle bodies Containers of the honeycomb type are a state-of-the-art technology which is characterised by outstanding durability and a light weight of the vehicle body. One of its considerable advantages is the uncomplicated adaptation of new solutions, i.e. installation of additional shelves. The sandwich type container is the most popular and most frequently selected product. The structure of the container is formed by walls, the core of which constitutes XPS foam with double-sided sheaÂŹthing made of high quality laminated material.

Container for bakeries This vehicle body is dedicated to bakeries and confectioner’s. It is equipped with a system of ventilators installed in the rear door and on the front wall. The vehicle body comprises, among other things, POWER LED internal lighting, inner wheel arches made of plastic and equipped with mud flaps, aluminium or heat formed side skirts, a system of closing the rear door made of acid-resistant steel.

Aluminium container The sheathing made of high quality aluminium plate is a guarantee of obtaining a large load carrying capacity, and due to its endurance the container becomes an investment for years.

Isotherms and refrigerators Refrigerators are containers with a refrigerating unit, equipped with thicker walls and doors. The insulation of the doors and the wall (60 mm), the ceiling (100 mm) and the floor (100 mm) guarantees constant temperature of the shipped goods. Isotherms, as opposed to the refrigerator, have doors and walls 40 mm thick, ceiling 50 mm thick and the floor 70 mm thick. The remaining equipment remains the same.
Insulated container The construction of the container is made up of walls in two variants: - Composite panels of Sandwich type with an XPS insulation core. - Panels of the same thickness of the “Honeycomb” type. Our vehicle bodies are easy to clean owing to a double-¬sided sheathing made of polyester glass laminate in white colour, and are lighter than those of our competitors. Large load carrying capacity is also achieved by means of the intermediate frame of the vehicle body made of aluminium profiles.

Owing to the application of Sandwich type panels, the phenomenon of the occurrence of thermal bridges has been reduced to the minimum. Owing to the use of state-of-the-art technologies of high-pressure foaming of polyurethane, we have obtained the lowest heat transfer coefficient of K ≤ 0.32 W/(m2K) confirmed by the ATP certificate. LAMAR Cool Systemic Thermal Insulations (STI) correspond to all the standards of the National Institute of Public Health – the National Institute of Hygiene, the Institute of Food Safety, in accordance with the approval of the National Institute of Hygiene no. HŻ/D/00237/13.

Refrigerators and isotherms Refrigerators - vehicles equipped with our refrigerator up to ≤ -20°C are the perfect means of transport for distribution of food products, frozen foods, as well as medicines. Sliding or fixed bulkhead wall In LAMAR vehicle bodies it is possible to install special bulkhead walls which make it possible to transport goods that require various temperatures or goods that should be transported separately. The wall is available in two variants: as a fixed wall, mounted in accordance with the customer’s instructions and as a mobile wall, sliding along two guides on the side walls, the position of which can be freely changed.

Belt curtains Special protective belts made of soft PVC, owing to their excellent flexibility and durability parameters, do not make it difficult for the driver to pass. Their principal task is to protect the transported cargo against temperature fluctuations, dust, particulates and insects. They are extensively used by companies dealing with the transport of food, meat, cold cooked meats and flowers.
Boards for fastening the cargo Special boards, in which a blocking rod is placed, mounted on the walls of the van, constitute the foundation of the system of fastening the cargo. The number of rods applied is unlimited.

The LAMBox vehicle bodies constitute an ideal solution for any design of both the interior, as well as the exterior qualities. They are also a perfect advertising medium which will not remain unnoticed.
No limits The LAMBox vehicle body, owing to the ideas which came from our Customers, has already taken on the form of a mobile workshop with turning lathes, a specialist vehicle body for transporting flowers, as well as a vehicle body for transporting llamas. LAMBox has also served as a “wardrobe” for transporting suits, a vehicle body for bakeries, a mobile medical centre… What else can we do? LAMBox is just one, but the possibilities are endless.

Aerodynamic packages Sleeper cabins belong to the core products manufactured by LAMAR. What is important for us are the conditions in which the driver is going to rest, since we know how considerably important these are in his daily work. The extensive experience, we have been constantly gaining since 1992, as well as our everyday conversations with our customers, allow us to create and design sleeper cabins which conform to their expectations and needs. The aerodynamic packages we manufacture are adjusted almost to every type of vehicle. What benefits go hand in hand with the application of this solution? The most important of these is the reduction of fuel consumption by a minimum of 10% and the reduction of air resistance on average by 18%! A valuable complement to our company’s offer are, among other things, spoilers, heat formed side skirts, sun blinds and toolboxes of the capacity of 210 litres. What characterises our products?

Back Sleeper cabin The Back Sleeper cabin is the result of our long-lasting experience in creating vehicle bodies integrated with the driver’s cabin of the LAMBox type. The driver, apart from a greater comfort of driving, due to the increased space in the driver’s cabin, can move around without any problems and perform activities while standing. The perfect arrangement of all the elements which are installed in keeping with the customer’s actual needs, makes it possible to save space and increase the usable space. Vehicle body length 4200 mm
Double bed The Back Sleeper cabin has been designed in such a way so as to easily accommodate two people, at the same time providing them with the proper comfort of resting. The two beds located behind the driver’s back fold in the direction of the vehicle body.

The largest overall dimensions By selecting the LAMAR Back Sleeper cabin you gain unparalleled space in the driver’s cabin, simultaneously maintaining the overall dimensions of the vehicle intact for international transport. The length of the vehicle body which can be constructed with the use of the Back Sleeper solution amounts to 4200 mm, thus allowing for 8 pallets to be loaded. An unquestionable advantage of the Back Sleeper solution also includes its aesthetic merits. For it is adapted to be furnished with a vehicle body in a manner which underlines its characteristic features. The body styling features located on the cabin, as well as its shape, have a considerable influence on reducing the fuel consumption, which translates into savings and larger company profits.
Ergonomic interior The interior of the sleeper cabin has been padded using a special, suede leather upholstery fabric having an increased resistance to abrasibility. No wall between the sleeping compartment and the driver’s cabin makes it possible to make use of the equipment provided as a standard in the vehicle, i.e. air conditioning, radio or numerous lockers and compartments. Underneath the bed there is additional space (3 chests) for bedding, personal belongings, as well as a refrigerator which is available as part of optional equipment.

The new, light, and at the same time largest product in the market not only increases the comfort of resting, but also has a direct influence upon the reduction of fuel consumption, and it reduces the operating costs of the vehicle.

The LX sleeper cabin, right after the SkyCab cabin, is the most popular and most frequently selected solution from our range of aerodynamic packages. The arrangement of the lights, the design, fabrics used - everything is organised in such a way so as to make rest a pleasant activity. An aesthetic interior will make it feasible to create a small piece of home for employees. We will paint the model with a coat colour compliant with the colour template of a given brand.
Classic sleeper cabin
A classic solution that can be applied in every delivery vehicle.
The sleeper cabin of the Classic type is the basic version of our offer. However, it does not mean resigning from quality or convenience. How can you save owing to the Classic cabin? Its aerodynamic shape facilitates reduction of air resistance while driving and helps to save fuel. It is a really notable advantage which will translate into your profits.

The Long variant is a response to the requirements of customers who seek non-standard solutions and greater comfort.
Spoilers The aerodynamic shape of our spoilers provides the us¬ers with a guarantee in terms of reducing the resistance of air by a minimum of 18% and reducing the fuel consump¬tion by a minimum of 10%. Through their shape and design spoilers expo¬se the dynamic character of the car, while every protrusion, rib or recess on the driver’s cabin is reflected on the side deflectors. We transfer the character of a given make onto our products in every detail, and therefore each and every spoiler will lo¬ok perfect on your car.

The first product which saw daylight under the LAMAR brand name was the roof spoiler intended for lorries and delivery trucks. Currently, two types of spoilers are manufactured: available for every model and those dedicated exclusively to LAMAR vehicle bodies.
The greatest advantage of roof spoilers is the possibility to adjust their height, which translates into a significant reduction of air resistance and fuel consumption. An additional element selected by the vast majority of customers are the side deflectors which improve the aerodynamic properties and give character to every vehicle.

Sun blind The blind is a specialist anti-dazzle screen made of highest quality polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). The screen is manufactured using the heat forming technique, owing to which we obtain utmost precision, as well as perfect repeatability. It is addressed to drivers of delivery trucks up to 3.5 t. Its properties significantly increase safety on days with great insolation.

Piping and halogen lights Apart from the aesthetic function, the aluminium piping serves as a rack for mounting halogen headlights which are particularly useful during foggy days or on winding roads. Giving additional exposure to the roadside increases the safety of driving and diminishes the risk of collision.

Side skirts The final element of the complete aerodynamic package are the side skirts which aim at optimising the aerodynamics and the comfort of driving the vehicle. Installing side skirts contributes to reducing fuel consumption by at least 5% through diminishing air resistance – these are the real benefits for vehicle owners. Our side skirts conform to the requirements of European standards regarding safety on the road (protection of cyclists).
/ Toolboxes Toolboxes for delivery trucks are included in the standard equipment of LAMAR boxes with a canvas cover and container vehicle bodies. They are an indispensable element which facilitates work, which allows for gaining additional space to organise the tools and carry extra accessories. Owing to the increasing number of enquiries pertaining to the installation of larger toolboxes in LAMAR vehicle bodies, the range of accessories offered has been expanded to include a toolbox of the capacity of 63 litres. The needs of our customers and the suggestions coming from them have induced us to
improve our product. We have presented a toolbox of the capacity of 210 l, i.e. almost 5 the times bigger capacity than the standard one. The presented product has been designed with drivers who have considerable demand for additional space, in mind, apart from the cargo space and the driver’s cabin.
