"Never yet was a springtime when the buds forgot to bloom" -Margaret Elizabeth Sangster For this issue I drew inspiration from the splendor of nature, the natural symphony of beauty that happens all around us regardless of what is going on in the world. The fragrance of wildflowers, the sweet taste of fresh, garden grown produce, the wild and free waves of our lakes, or the enchantment of a green canopied forest. I encourage you to take a moment, step outside, and use nature as your muse. It’s easy to get stressed when planning your wedding. To get caught up in the details and demands that you not only place on yourself but that others force onto you as well. There is a lot of noise. Always remember what this day is about... the love you and your fiancÊ share with each other (and a great party!). Sometimes less is more. Look no further than your garden for menu inspiration, the field of wildflowers for your bouquet, or the night sky for your engagement photo backdrop. Your wedding day is about love and beauty. And when you stop to take notice, those things actually are all around us. Cheers to the beauty in your life!

love matters B Y: M E G A N K E L L I N

BOUNDLESS: WHEN THERE IS TRUE LOVE, THERE IS NONDISCRIMINATION.

And this is why we’re here...why Lake Bride Magazine exists. Because, simply put, love matters.

"

The Buddha spoke about four elements that constitute true love: the capacity to be kind and offer happiness, maitri in Sanskrit, compassion, the capacity to relieve suffering, karuna; the capacity to bring joy every day, mudita; and finally, the capacity of nondiscrimination, upeksha. When there is true love, there is nondiscrimination. The pain of the other is our own pain; the happiness of the other is our own happiness...To make our love meaningful, we need to nourish our bodhicitta, our mind of boundless love and compassion...First, we learn to love one person with all our understanding and insight; then we expand that love to embrace another person, and another, until our love is truly boundless.

"

It is well documented that those who are [happily] married live longer than single people. This longevity extends to people of all kinds — pets, long-lost friends, and lovers alike but the point is, we must have connection to others - whether we find that connection through friendship or an intimate partner. The key is devotional love: the kind of love that a parent has for a child; the kind of love that keeps you up at night tending for someone who is sick; the kind of love that cleans up after your sick dog without getting angry; the kind of love that is unconditional and places another’s needs above your own. Selfless love, even if it is counter intuitive, replenishes the self, extending our own energy and capacity. You get more than you give.

- T H I C H N H AT H A N H As we continue to see brides and grooms become engrossed in wedding plans, let us all be reminded that the journey is about the rest of our lives, not just one day. Life is short, no need to take it too seriously. Fall head-over-heels in love, marry your person, accept the imperfections and strap yourself in for the ride. It’s the journey not the destination. And remember, while marriage may take 10 years, or longer, to master…much like planning your wedding - you only get out of it what you put into it.

P L AC E C A R DS Place cards mark each seat at the table. They are often used at the head table and family tables but they are optional everywhere else. If you choose to designate each seat, print the name on both sides of the card so guests can get to know each other.

ESCORT CARDS An escort card is typically set on a table at the entrance to your reception room that lists the guest’s name and table number. Cards should be arranged in alphabetical order by last name and one card per couple is sufficient.

RECEPTION ESSENTIALS When you think of wedding stationery the invitation is what likely comes to mind but there are many other paper elements that can be incorporated into your big day. From save-the-dates to thank-you notes, the sky is the limit, and thinking about it early will allow you to incorporate a theme that ties it all together. When planning for your reception, here are a few pieces to think about. MENU CARDS Build excitement about the delicious meal you selected for your guests with a menu card. These can be done many ways; at each place setting, one per table, or a large sandwich board in the reception hall.

TA B L E N U M B E R C A R D S Displayed at the center of each table, they guide your guests to finding their assigned seats. They can be as simple as a number and a stanchion or creatively incorporated into your centerpiece. Nature is emerging as a radiant inspiration point; providing the modern bride all the colors, scents, and textures to create the perfect celebration. Take cues from nature for your lighting and linen to add great effect. White fairy lights evoke thousands of fireflies. Suspended floral wreaths with soft blush blooms, seeded eucalyptus, and intertwined vines epitomize romance. Least of all, touches of gold will add just the right shine to all.

Heart Invites

spring The freshness of spring inspires the softest, most whimsical of wedding touches; ethereal crowns of flowers and ferns, stone and moss centerpieces, and the unexpected feather tucked into a lapel, hairpiece, or bouquet. A soft brush stroke of fresh spring hues can create a delicate wedding invite no guest will turn down.

venue spotlight

love on an inland sea

There is a romance that surrounds the sea, even unsalted ones. So if you are looking for a truly unique and exciting wedding venue, look to the sparkling blue waters of Lake Superior. With a fresh breeze blowing, you’ll be enamored with the sense of freedom and adventure that comes with the open water. Modern-day weddings are trending less toward tradition and more toward individuality. If you and your fiancé have a love of the lake, why not incorporate it as a major character on your wedding day? A boat venue in itself lends a unique twist on your wedding day. From there you can go as traditional or nontraditional as you would like. Create a floating black-tie affair or a casual party on the lake. When your day reflects your personalities, it will create a memorable and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. Your guests are sure to be thrilled by the unconventional venue as they are treated to stunning views, delicious cuisine, a full bar, and an array of entertainment options. They will also appreciate the ease of an all-in-one venue. Your wedding day will move seamlessly from the ceremony to dinner and dancing on the deck under the stars. The views of the city’s twinkling lights and iconic lift bridge will encapsulate what it means to experience Duluth. Your celebration can become a destination wedding, even for your local friends. Each event is truly customized to the personalities of the wedding couple. With two vessels, the more intimate Queen and the larger Star, Vista Fleet can host intimate and elegant affairs for groups from 4 to 220 people. If a yacht wedding isn’t a fit for your big day, you can still take advantage of this unique venue. Hosting your bachelor or bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, or celebration brunch on board will allow you and your guests to take in the stunning views and enjoy the gift of Lake Superior.

romance

Large guest lists are the easiest way for your budget to skyrocket but it’s difficult to limit your numbers without hurting someone’s feelings. Guests will understand that boats have capacity limits that cannot be broken, ensuring the perfect moment with the most important people in your lives.

Relax and let Vista Fleet’s event coordinator help you every step of the way. You can choose from one of many packages available that include everything from the dinner, cake, beverages, linens, flowers, celebrant, and entertainment.

A theme for your day is easily established, it’s nautical! The term "tying the knot" can be taken literally and incorporated in your ceremony by using a marine rope to represent your union; replacing the more common unity candle or sand ceremony.

Let nature create the perfect backdrop for wedding photos, surrounded by sparkling blue water and a sky painted by the sunset. Add the lift bridge and city skyline for dramatic effect. It’s an opportunity to not just see the view, but be the view!

The lake is undeniably romantic. Whether it’s a daytime wedding with sun glittering on the water or a night ceremony under the stars. You will be surrounded by love and the magic of this Great Lake.

L

ocal flowers are seeing a rise in use. These flowers are fresher and are more sustainable. Using local blooms means you are participating in a more environmentally friendly process, incorporating your local nature into your big day and helping to support the community around you. For florists, having access to local flora gives us the opportunities to use something that is so fresh and full of life. Often cut the day of use, the quality is unparalleled. The ever-popular Café au Lait dahlia is stunning and remains a favorite among brides and florists alike. Sadly, once it has been flown from California to the Midwest and shipped in a truck out of water it often arrives at our store bruised, shredded, and destroyed. It becomes a bloom we are unable to use. By contrast, when a local flower farmer walks in the door with a bucket of perfectly petalled Café au Laits the joy is indescribable! Local flowers allow us to provide a beautifully stunning and unique bouquet to each bride. The farmers are just as smitten with each stem and the creative process of carefully crafting it into your bridal bouquet.

26

The best way to incorporate local flowers into your day is by letting nature do what it does best. When using local blooms, focus on a color palette and style rather than specific flowers. This allows the florist or yourself to choose blooms that are at their peak beauty on your wedding day. Particularly with color, using local blooms is an incredible asset. When we order from out of state we describe the desired hue but don’t actually see the blooms until the day they arrive. When I can hand pick that dahlia from a local field or bucket I know I’ve chosen the perfect stem for my bride. Local flowers can bring out some of the shades that are difficult to describe and find. The trends of marsala, berry, and blush are often found hiding among others. Sometimes when our shop is filled with buckets of flowers you suddenly see a color or bloom that was not part of the original plan but fits so wonderfully into the bouquet in ways you could have never expressed or imagined until it was seen. I can recall many weeks where I had a set out plan for a wedding, only to have a flower farmer bring in a bucket with blooms that made me squeal with delight and change course, as they were too perfect to not be used for that weekend’s wedding.

It’s not only beautiful blooms that we are seeing from our flower farmers. We are also relying on our local growers for beautiful foliage and vines. These items are sometimes too fragile to travel in boxes from out of state growers, but when they arrive freshly cut that morning they are exquisite. Brides are seeing the beauty in these vines and foliage; "greenery" is a term we hear often. This is seen in the trend of garlands - long farmhouse tables draped with lush foliage and mantles or arbors dripping with vines and ferns. All of these styles are a reflection of the movement of weddings towards the organic and wild style. It is a way of bringing the outdoors in. The foraged aesthetic goes hand in hand with local flowers, when you see flora and fauna indoors that remind you of your grandmother’s garden or wildflower fields from your childhood it evokes a feeling of comfort and familiarity. And as the years pass, when you see clematis blooming in the garden you’ll be reminded of the precious blooms from your wedding day. Using local flowers does not come without challenges. How will I know what is in season? What colors will I have to choose from? Can I get peonies in August? These are all questions that your florist will be happy to help you with. More so than ever, choosing to use local blooms requires trust in the florist or flower farmer you are working with. Choose a vendor you trust with a style that appeals to you and they will have the experience to guide you through what will look amazing on your wedding day. Trust in the beauty of the nature that surrounds you, and the beauty that you can recreate and grow in your own backyard to celebrate the love on your wedding day, every day.

LOVE & WONDER

28

engagement

The night sky is as magnificent as it is mysterious. When the northern lights dance among the stars it becomes truly magical.

Megan Sugden has had a successful portrait and wedding photography business for over ten years. Recently she fell in love with capturing the beauty of the night sky, especially the northern lights. One summer night she had an engagement session scheduled when there was a high chance for northern lights. She asked the couple if they were willing to stay later into the night to potentially get a glimpse. They happily agreed. After hours of waiting and no lights, they were about to leave without the shot. Then, just before packing up, the lights exploded and danced through the sky. The combination of nightscape photography and the love captured in an engagement session yielded truly magical results.

Get The Look

Capturing truly unique photos such as these is no easy task and for most brides, a near impossibility. Luckily northern Minnesota boasts some of the purest dark viewing spots in the United States, so here are some tips if you would like to capture similar shots. 1. Nightscape photography is an art in itself. Find a photographer with the experience and equipment to beautifully capture the magic of the night sky. 2. Be patient. Technology is improving but the aurora borealis can still be difficult to predict. Watch the forecasts, wait for a clear night, and be prepared to stay up late. The best times to see the northern lights are often between 9 p.m. – 4 a.m. 3. Look to the north. The best locations to capture the northern lights have a flat and open view to the north. 4. Don't be afraid to try something completely different. It's worth it!

nyone can take a frozen puck of chicken that has been injected with a salt solution, top with a white sauce made from a reconstituted powder, plop some frozen vegetables out of a bag, steam and serve. You and your guests will dine; it will be fine, because your wedding isn’t really about the food, right? Maybe not, but it can be. The farm-to-table movement is all the rage and it’s here to stay. You may enjoy certain standards and values in your daily eating that you dream of providing to your loved ones on your wedding day. A crispy-skinned, roasted chicken accompanied by fresh, flavorful vegetables that showcase the vibrant colors and flavors. Your wedding meal doesn’t have to be mediocre; with a little planning and the help of professionals it can be a vibrant culinary experience for you and your guests. As the chef of a small farm-to-table grocery store and catering kitchen, my job is to turn wedding buffets into a feast worthy of the special day. I’m lucky to have inspiration so close at hand: the weekly farmer’s market sprouts right next to my kitchen. Those vine-ripened, red and green-striped heirloom tomatoes on my cutting board have never seen a loading dock, a plane, or even a cooler. They were picked by hand as the sun was setting the

day before they landed at the farmers’ market. The carrots arrive with the long green tops still attached and the brussels sprouts are still on the stalk. Each week I stroll from table to table admiring the ever-growing variety of locally grown goods displayed by the farmers: delicate lettuces, bitter and peppery greens, long white and plump purple eggplants, squash in all shapes and sizes, ground cherries, and fresh garlic with or without the green tops. There is goat cheese, farm-fresh eggs, and coolers of fresh meats such as chicken, venison, lamb, and grass-fed beef. Vendors with maple syrup in varying colors, wild or cultivated mushrooms, wood-parched wild rice, breads baked in a wood-fired oven, fresh berries, and flowers. Heck, you can even buy an engagement ring from a master jeweler. The farmers make my job easy. They spend countless hours planting, weeding, watering, and cultivating. You can taste the love. The farmer tells me about how he found the perfect melon variety for his soil, how he turns the melons while they are on the vine, and how he waits to pick them until they are just ripe; I know those melons are going to be good. I take one back to my kitchen and slice it open. The sweet floral fragrance fills my kitchen and I know I have found the fruit to go with my ginger-mint syrup. I make my way to the honey gal. She has me taste three different bottles. The third bottle of honey tastes like peonies bathing in butterscotch. I know it will be perfect drizzled over a roasted beet salad with rye toasts slathered in goat cheese. I am making progress on this menu.

It wouldn’t be a local menu without wild rice, one of our most prized local ingredients. I am not talking about the jet-black kind that’s grown in paddies and cultivated by machine. I am talking about the rice that’s harvested by hand; one person guiding through the aquatic grass and another person knocking the kernels into the canoe. Roasted—or “parched” as they say—over a wood fire, this wild rice is the real deal. It’s nutty, slightly sweet, and earthy. I’ve served this wild rice on a breakfast buffet as a sweet porridge, a salad with almonds and cranberries, a classic creamy wild rice soup, or a simple pilaf side dish, but now I decide to turn it into our feature appetizer: Mini Wild Rice Cakes with Mushroom Tapenade and Chive Cream. As I move through the market, the giant pile of green-topped, rainbow carrots pull me toward them. Another thing I’ve learned from the farmers: carrots didn’t start out being orange. The first carrots were white, yellow, and purple. Through hybrids, politics, and a brilliant marketing plan the popularity of orange carrots was born. I am grateful to the farmers who have brought the original varieties back. These carrots will make the vegetable side dish glow on the buffet table. Now it is time to select our protein. I come to the family that raises chickens at the next table. I’ve tasted their chickens before; it’s how chicken used to, and should, taste. The white breast is darker than the store-bought kind, and it actually has flavor—it’s not bland and begging to be doused in a sauce. Grilling this chicken with just salt and pepper

would be delicious. I decide to buy every chicken they have. I’ll marinate the chicken before grilling, and though it doesn’t need a sauce, my herb garden is flourishing so I’ll finish with a drizzle of pesto made with chives, mint, and basil. I use every piece of these chickens, plucking out the livers to make another appetizer: Sherry-Shallot Liver Pate. Knowing what is in season and having relationships with the farmers can shape a locally-grown inspired menu. If we meet with a couple in February and they want to have arugula on their menu, we can talk with the farmers as they are ordering the seeds for spring. We can request arugula in mid-June. If June arrives and the crop has been washed out by massive rains, the mizuna crop on the other side of the hill might be doing great. We tweak the menu to feature the mizuna. If fresh green beans are on your menu, and we see that the green beans are getting too large and tough, we will find something better. Trust your chef. Be open to change. Chefs are chefs because they are passionate about food. I do what I do because feeding people is how I show love and respect. I am honored to prepare food that is nourishing for the body and the soul. Most chefs will put time into planning, tasting, and testing recipes. However, a chef preparing a fresh, local, custom-designed menu will do so much more. Since it takes more time to prepare items from scratch, bear in mind that it can cost more, but will certainly be worth it. Great chefs care about the whole process of food from the seeds, to the farmer, to the dining table. Choosing farm-fresh foods will not only be reflected in the richness and fragrances of your wedding table, but your guests will thank you for a vibrant meal that leaves them feeling satisfied and fulfilled.

S +J SARAH AND JARED I was lucky because I married somebody who was equally excited about planning a wedding as I was! We enjoyed planning every second together. We took pieces of inspiration and turned them into our own special ideas. The details of our wedding had meaning to both of us as individuals and as a couple. My advice to brides and grooms: Don’t sweat the small stuff. Just as important, don't sweat the big things either... at least not too much. We had a lot of unexpected things happen during our planning, like our venue closing and our date having to change. It seemed terrible at the time but at the end of the day, our wedding turned out better than we had originally hoped! I also recommend taking time out of your day to distance yourself from the craziness. Allow yourself time to reflect on what is actually happening. I did this many times throughout the day and I remember every single detail and moment even though the day flew by. It was amazing.

BRIANA + MICHAEL

B+M BRIANA AND MICHAEL

Mike and Bri met unexpectedly when they were both out with friends. Neither of them was looking for love but once Mike laid eyes on her, he knew that he had to get to know her better. Bri was a single mom and wasn’t interested in dating but Mike couldn’t stop thinking about her. After running into each other several more times, and with the encouragement of her mother, Bri finally agreed to go out to dinner with Mike. Persistence paid off! Mike made her laugh and they had an undeniably great time together, so the dates continued. Seven years later, they said "I do" and Mike vowed to love her daughter as his own. They wrote their own vows for the wedding and both had independently written nearly the same words. The wedding had a rustic, romantic feel with sweeping views of Lake Superior from the top of Spirit Mountain. Duluth Flower Farm grew the flowers locally and a friend of the bride made the sweets. During their first dance the DJ replayed their vows leaving them both filled with happy tears. The rest of the night was spent on the dance floor with love, laughter, and incredible dance moves.

ADVICE FOR NEW BRIDES Everyone told me how fast the day will go and, in a sense, they were right. For me however, it was because of something no one mentioned that the day seemed to fly by. No one mentioned how unbelievably distracted you’d feel. As a younger guest who just wanted to get out on that dance floor I never liked the idea of a receiving line because it seemed like a big waste of time on a day where there was already a shortage of it. Now I truly understand this tradition and wish I could go back. Yes, it takes a chunk of time away from the ‘everyone on the dance floor’ portion of the evening, but it is the only way you are guaranteed to make individual contact with the vast majority of your guests. We chose not to do a receiving line and had individual guests coming up to us all night. We both desperately wanted to give the time, conversation, and thanks they deserved but almost as quick as the conversation started it was over because someone else wanted to touch base. I was so grateful for everyone that grabbed me because I could at least look them in the eye and say thank you. After everyone was gone and it was just Blair and I, we had a pit of sadness in our stomachs because we didn’t get those little moments with everyone. My advice is to do a receiving line. It takes place after the meaningful part of the ceremony so you get to stand together as husband and wife, but before the “fun” of the night starts so you won’t feel distracted by your favorite song that just came on. I now know a receiving line is a truly great way to make one tiny moment of connection with each of your guests; a time to touch hearts with the people who took their time to come help celebrate and support your love.

JENNY + CODY

69

J+C

JENNY AND CODY Cody and I were set up by mutual friends in 2012. We first met at Foley Fun Days and have been inseparable since. For years I wanted Cody to take me ice skating and finally, on the coldest day in January 2015, he did. Cody was afraid he wouldn’t be good on skates, as he had never skated before so I felt terrible when he took a hard fall and wasn’t getting up. I skated to his side to help him when he got up on one knee and popped the question. When we happily shared the news with Cody’s parents we learned this same lake, Lake George, is where Cody’s dad proposed years before! The first question we received from everyone was, ‘When is the wedding?” I had always wanted a fall wedding but for some reason June came to mind first. When I chose a possible date in June there was once again a moment of kismet, Cody’s mom said, “That’s our anniversary!” So on Cody’s parent’s 33rd anniversary we also said “I do.” We had been attending New Life Church and decided to have our ceremony there. One small issue was that the church hadn’t been built yet. But we had faith. They broke ground that spring and we were honored to be the first marriage performed there. During the building process we wrote our wedding date and a bible verse on the studs of the church walls. We intended on having a small wedding because neither Cody nor I are fond of large crowds or attention. However, I am the youngest of 12 children and both of my parents come from large families so our guest list quickly grew to over 400 people. We also originally planned to have it in a traditional ballroom but that didn’t seem like us. Instead, we chose to have it at the Lakeview Center at Benton Beach where the reception could be outdoors. We hosted the dinner in a large tent and the DJ and bar were on the deck. Being able to include all our family and friends on our big day in a relaxing atmosphere with outdoor music, sunshine, yard games, and an open bar is all we ever wanted. It brings tears to my eyes to reminisce because it was perfect.

ADVICE TO ENGAGED COUPLES

ADVICE FOR OUTDOOR WEDDINGS

Hire a photographer whose previous work you admire and who you are comfortable with because when it is all over your pictures are all you have to remember the day. It all goes so quickly. To me the day was a big blur and I appreciate the photos so much.

Don't be afraid of the weather forecast. Our wedding day forecast was calling for an 80% chance of thunderstorms that caused me to panic. I decided to accept it for whatever it was going to be because I knew the next day I was going to marry my best friend and that was all that mattered. The bonus... it turned out to be clear skies and 80 degrees! 71

CALLI + JAMIE

74

C +J CALLI AND JAMIE We had a weekend getaway planned in Duluth and when we arrived I found out that Jamie had planned a weekend-long scavenger hunt for me. We set off for sightseeing and adventures and each place we went I found new clues and notes he had hidden for me. On what I thought was our last day in Duluth, we went on an early morning bike ride to watch the sunrise over Lake Superior. The ride ended in Lester Park where I was once again met with a scavenger hunt. (I found out later that he had been planning this for months and he had enlisted the help of my friends to get everything set up early that morning.) Along the path were gift bags containing some of my favorite things. As we neared the end, I found a gift bag with a dress for an evening out, and a note explaining that we were going to spend another night in Duluth. I crossed a bridge to find my last note and Jamie was there waiting for me. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes! My sister Jami, a photographer herself, was hiding in the brush waiting to capture this moment for us. The rest of my family and a few close friends met us to celebrate at the New Scenic Cafe and a few local breweries.

after I do

After your big day you deserve a relaxing break from all the stress and busyness that went into the wedding. Planning the perfect honeymoon will allow you to escape and settle into married life. No matter the duration or destination, a little time to connect one-on-one is worth the effort. Here are a few tips to make the planning process a little easier.

HONEYMOON TRAVEL QUESTIONS ANSWERED 1. WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK? In the midst of to-do lists, parties, and DIY projects, why add more to your plate? Book your honeymoon early to alleviate some of the stress as your wedding date draws near and to have something to look forward to! Airfare pricing is often available 330 days in advance and most resorts will book even further out. Take advantage of early-bird deals and spread the costs over a few months. 2. HOW CAN WE STAY WITHIN BUDGET? Before you begin planning have a discussion as a couple about what kind of trip you want to take. Once you have an idea, don’t add stress by planning something that isn’t within your means. Be realistic about what you want to spend and prioritize the experiences you want to share. Many couples today get married later in life and may have the traditional kitchenware and bedding they need. In this case, a honeymoon registry can be a great way to boost your travel budget. Guests have the option of contributing cash or selecting specific gifts such as excursions, breakfast in bed, spa treatments, candlelit dinners, or champagne. Which let’s face it, is more fun for you and the guest than a blender! A few sites to check out: Honeyfund, Wanderable, or Honeymoon Wishes.

3. SHOULD WE TELL PEOPLE WE ARE ON OUR HONEYMOON? The short answer, yes! Everyone should know that this is a special occasion. A lot of suppliers offer honeymoon perks and VIP treatment such as a bottle of champagne or an upgrade in room category. Most likely you won’t need to bring your marriage license to receive honeymoon extras, but we always recommend bringing a copy of it just in case you have an emergency (e.g., name-change issues, medical emergencies, etc.) and need proof of your marriage 4. WHAT NAME SHOULD THE BRIDE USE ON THE RESERVATION? If the bride is changing her last name it is important to remember that the name on the plane ticket and ID must match. If you are leaving immediately following your wedding the plane ticket should be issued in your maiden name. If your trip is scheduled after you’ve changed all your identification documents, including your drivers license and passport, then use your married name. 5.. SHOULD WE BOOK EXCURSIONS IN ADVANCE OR WAIT UNTIL WE ARRIVE?

It’s best if you can book your must-do activities in advance to ensure there is space available. Also, consider leaving the more adventurous excursions for the end of the trip allowing you time to relax and unwind when you first arrive. Lastly, working with a travel specialist can give you If you do book your excursions after you arrive, make sure access to deals and packages not available to the pub- to use a Destination Management Company that is set up at lic. They will also have great advice for destinations your property to avoid scams or overcharging. that fit within your budget.
