Dear Delegates, welcome! The Organising Team of the 83rd International Session of the European Youth Parliament, Laax 2016, is delighted to announce that we will be able to reimburse some delegates partially or fully for their travel costs to Switzerland, as we have obtained special support for travel expenses. Note that the travel costs within Switzerland will be covered for all participants, whereas this travel reimbursement system is geared towards those delegates who prove a special need for support for their travel costs to and from Switzerland.

You will be notified about the outcome of your application for partial or full travel reimbursement once the selection panel has convened and decided which applicants will be reimbursed and for which amount. The selection panel will be composed of organisers of the session as well as a representative of the Swiss National Committee.

What can you apply for? You can either apply for reimbursement of your full travel costs, or for a partial reimbursement, in which case you should indicate the exact amount you are applying for.

Who is eligible for reimbursement? What are the selection criteria? You can apply if you were selected as a delegate to the IS Laax. The selection criteria include the effort you put into your application, whether you demonstrated the need for reimbursement in a convincing way, and the solidity of the letter of reference you submitted.
