Laem Sork is a ferry port 28 km. from Trat town. This where all the public and private ferries to Koh Kood depart from. The various ferries companies provide taxis and shuttles to Laem Sork from Trat and in some cases from Bangkok and Pattaya. You can call or book online or on arrival at Trat bus station.

From Koh Chang/Mak (Nov-Apr only) Two companies provide speedboat services between Koh Chang, Koh Wai, Koh Mak and Koh Kood. They don’t operate in the heavier seas of the monsoon. These services are also the only direct links between Koh Mak and Koh Kood. Nor Nou Kai Bae Speedboat leaves from Kai Bae Beach and Bang Bao Boat leaves from, you guessed it, Bang Bao.
