At the same time, he was involved as a freelance architect in the development of the BIM interior design project for an important chainedbrand hotel in Costa Rica. Jair joined Bryden Wood in 2021 where he has been working in international projects in Europe through the use of BIM, which alongside his experience in a range of previous different project typologies has enabled him to control multi-disciplinary coordination and production of information within the architecture team.

M SG | WATER MUSEUM
Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México (2014)
The project was the first place in a contest organized by the Municipal Council of Water and Sanitation of Ciudad Juárez (JMAS in spanish), which had the interest to present a potential investment project to federal and state entities of México.
The design had to be attractive, sophisticated and timeless, so that it could easily adapt to its desert environment and thus be the detonator of the area for new projects nearby; the purpose to which the museum was intended had to be implicit in the building by itself and be the main exhibition piece. This is how inspired by the fauna of the Chihuahuan desert and the infinite water cycle, became the fluidity and dynamism of the design of the building. A versatile and contemporary element that would give the opportunity to continue growing according to its needs.

JPAC | JUÁREZ PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México (2015)
Juárez Performance Arts Center is the meeting between architecture and dance, an open space building accessible to the public where they can permanently generate processes of cultural development arranged between the community and state entities, aimed at the preservation, dissemination and promotion of artistic and cultural samples typical of the city.
The project arose with the purpose of offering a medium-term solution to the lack of recreational spaces in a strategical area in the border city that has gradually grown socially and economically and that reflects the lack of spaces devoted to dance and performing of scenic shows. The project presents a new concept for the community where different kinds of people who share a taste for dance can gather, from classic ballroom dances to street dances like hip hop, as well as theatrical and musical presentations, among others.
AMO | AMO LIVING
Monterrey, Nuevo León, México (2016)
In the heart of the Mitras Sur area in the northern Mexican city of Monterrey stands AMO Living, an apartments tower with a total of 21 levels. The investment in Real Estate in such city grows with this proposal of avant-garde architectural design. With more than 600 m2 in amenities, AMO Living becomes one of the best spaces to perform various daily activities without the need to leave home.
The complex of vertical mixed housing consists of 140 apartments from 49 m2 to 95 m2, functional spaces of one, two and three bedrooms, all with quality finishes (one of the main highlights of the project). The parking is private and controlled for residents, with a public part for customers of the commercial area located on the ground floor.

OAX | OAXACA FUTURO
In times of global trend towards industrialization, Oaxaca stands out for the conservation of its most ancient and traditional practices on all fronts of the progress of human civilization. Cultural heritage (national and global) which is lived through its “printed” history, which can be tasted, smelled, felt, heard and seen. Nature is the main inspiration of all activity. Respect is fostered towards her in art, architecture, food, handicrafts; in all processes they mimic the imposing nature of this region.
Oaxaca is a constant balance of dualities, which is reflected in the tower of apartments, offices and commercial areas. The project is a timeless impression on the earth that has a facade of its own on each side of the city: Historic Oaxaca and Future Oaxaca.

BDN | BADALONA NATURE MARKET
Badalona, Catalonia, Spain (2017)
For some time now, striking works of great architectural value have made famous a highly resistant material known as ETFE, which stands out for its light weight, high mechanical resistance and its high durability, a fluoroplast that was originally created for naval architecture. The low weight of the ETFE sheets and the attachment profiles are an advantage that leads to significant savings in support structure for the roof. This saving is evident in the large span structures between supports and on large scale surfaces.
The Badalona Natural Market is a proposal that takes advantage of all these benefits of the material to create a pavilion prototype that can be installed on different surfaces, such as large squares in cities. The BDN is initially proposed in Plaza de los Paises Catalanes in Badalona.

RAS | ARA SOLIS REFUGEE
Finisterre, Galicia, Spain (2018)
The Pilgrim Refugee is a space dedicated to the recovery and rest of the walker who, after having finished his route during the St. James Way, will have one of the 10 shelters of 16 m2 where 4 people will sleep in each one. The spaces of each refugee are divided into 1 room and 1 shared bathroom, as well as a terrace-balcony overlooking the Sea of Langosteira and its inlet. Its design is based on three elements: the Horreo, a elevated structure that is part of the architectural heritage of Galicia; the Megalith, prehistoric stone shelters that are characteristic of the Finisterre culture; and the Camino Routes, which are distributed in a thousand ways along the camino.
Located at Kilometer 0 of the peninsula in Cape Finisterre, the project has an atmosphere of mysticism and rest, which surrounded by nature will lead to a fast recovery for the pilgrims.

FLR | FLORESTA HOUSE
Tuxpan, Jalisco, México (2019)
In the south of the Mexican state of Jalisco there is a small town known as “the town of the eternal festival.” Despite being an area that just begins to bet on contemporary design due to its strong roots in colonial culture and architecture, the interest to show this kind of architecture style from the owners of residential lands is becoming more important and frequent.
With a total area of 325 m2 of construction on two levels and 240 m2 of land, the Floresta House project integrates the spatial needs of a family and more. The exterior design of the house integrates materials from the region, conditioned to a new aesthetic use. On the other hand, the interior is an open concept in its entirety on the ground floor, where the common areas are delimited by the furniture in order to appreciate better the large spaces that lead to green areas. On the upper floor, the same technique is applied, with the difference of adapting the privacy to each room.
MPD | MAS PADROSA HOUSE
Sant Just Desvern, Catalonia, Spain (2020)
Located in a fully residential neighborhood right at the foothill of the Collserola Mountain and within the metropolitan area of Barcelona we find the Mas Padrosa House. Beyond being just a project extension and refurbishment of what was a simple and traditional house from the early 70’s, it becomes an opportunity for a new family and thus take advantage of the site and its location.
The prestigious views towards the sea side of the municipality and its elevation over the neighboring houses become the protagonist of the project, forcing all the interior areas of the house to enjoy and take advantage of the natural light, while at the outside spaces it is given a greater importance to the creation of terraces; hierarchical social spaces as the user walks/experiences the site.
