This edition explores Islamic culture, and technological break throughs during a time that was called the "Dark Age" in Europe. We highlight the city of Timbuktu, which has over 700,000 ancient Arabic manuscripts. They cover a wide range of disciplines from science, Islamic law, math, astronomy, medicine and philosophy. Many are unaware of the huge intellectual impact Timbuktu has made in the world. There is also a puzzle added to the newspaper as well as an "Opinion" section in addition to the articles about fasting during Ramadan, and the health aspects of fasting.
