Thank you for being part of the 2nd Brazilian Expo and Independence Day Celebration 2014. The event will be on Saturday, September 6th at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal at 7800 Universal Boulevard, Orlando Florida 32819, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event allows exhibitors and visitors the access to great networking opportunities and excellent business information. As an exhibitor you are entitled to an 8’ table, which includes a cover, skirt and two chairs. Electricity and wi-fi will be available at no cost. At 6:00 PM the Expo closes and we will host a Networking event, with Free Appetizers and Cash Bar, from 6:00-8:30 PM Enclosed you will find all the information needed, and schedule of events. • The event will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Orlando Universal located at the following address 7800 Universal Blvd. Orlando, FL 32819, at the Ballroom Area. • Check In will be at the CFBACC table located at the East entrance of the Hotel, not the Main Entrance, FOR EXHIBITORS AND ARTISTS • From 10: 00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please arrive no later than 11:00 AM to set up your table. All tables must be set up by 11:45 AM. • Parking at the hotel is free. You will be able to park at the East side entrance of the hotel for a short time to drop your materials. However, you can’t leave your car at the entrance, or it will be towed. • The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 PM. • Break down is from 5:30 -6:00 PM. Networking Cocktail starts at 6:00 PM • Electricity and Wi-Fi are included with your purchase. However, let us know in advance if you are planning to use an electrical outlet. • If you have any additional requests please contact us a WEEK BEFORE, September 6 so we can try to accommodate you.
