artisan beekeeping brand name of Dimitrios Hasapis, fulfills his ambition in achieving the creation of different, unique, outstanding quality honeys, free of chemical substances, using the best production methods available !.
HoneyHasapis, achieved its goals by reaching a wide audience, for its outstanding quality (a) Monofloral raw wild thyme honey & (b) Polyfloral (aromatic) raw wild thyme honey with wildflowers. The artisan products, passed all honey-related tests, successfully, including the strict production control and consumption criteria of the end product, creating different and unique of outstanding quality, wild thymus honey products, made in Greece ! A lot of effort is put to prepare and achieve the best possible harvest, by relocating Honey Hasapis’ beehives around Lemnos island, seeking & gathering flavors contained in our secret honey recipes ! All products, undergo chemical analysis by AUTH (the Aristotle University of Thessalonica), for their quality and its conciseness in thyme. Additional chemical exams for the absence of antibiotics, pesticides, GMO’s, heavy minerals, allergens & the hygienic condition of our licensed laboratory, at the time of collection & packaging of our Lemnian raw honey, are undertaken.
All Honey Hasapis products carry certificates of (herbal plants) origin by the Aristotle University of Thessalonica, Greece. Food safety seal is applied on the jar’s lid. An award sticker is affixed on the luxuriously designed carton’s opening as well. Our supreme quality products, conquered the Top 20 Best Greek Products rank and joined the hall of fame of international food & taste awards, i.e. the Biolmiel, Olymp Awards & Great Taste Awards (GTA) of which, Dimitrios, became a regular Great Taste Awards Producer professional. Finally, for the most prestigious of all, the 45th APIMONDIA 2017 (International Apicultural Congress), Honey Hasapis, passed all 25 lab exams required, for the products to enter Apimondia & the Monofloral raw wild thyme honey received its first honey-specialised award !.
Since then, Dimitrios, has been featured on TV and Radio shows (see our website) and his products started their first export trips worldwide ! All Honey Hasapis apicultural products, are free from genetically modified organisms (GMO’s), capable of getting approval by each country’s Food Safety standards organisations, ready to export / import.

Raw wild thyme honey (Monofloral) All Honey Hasapis ingredients are harvested exclusively on Lemnos island, in selected wildflower areas from the middle of May to mid-July ! We do not mix honey with other third party byproducts. Our products are free of GMOs and allergens (certified).
