All our products carry certificates of origin by the Aristotle University of Thessalonica, checked by the Greek Veterinary Dept. of the Ministry of Rural Development & Food, for their quality, its conciseness in thyme, the absence of antibiotics, pesticides & heavy minerals, the hygienic conditions of the laboratory, at the time of collection and packaging.

We put a lot of effort and preparation, in achieving the creation of a different, unique, outstanding quality, honeys. We are relocating our beehives around the island, seeking & gathering flavours contained in our secret honey recipes ! The exceptional quality of our Lemnian raw wild thyme honey, is packaged in our licensed lab, on Lemnos island, Greece. Distribution starts late July until products are sold out.
