WE BUILD COMMUNITY

On behalf of the Building Industry Association, I am pleased to welcome you to Northern Kentucky.

There are many great cities and neighborhoods for relocators to choose from in Northern Kentucky. We have it all - exciting new redevelopments in urban locations, serene countryside settings, and unique neighborhoods to suit a wide variety of tastes.

Northern Kentucky continues to be a fast-growing area of our state, with many new companies setting up or relocating to Northern Kentucky. Our competitive and unique resources make us well suited to welcome them.

We are fortunate to have a great neighbor in Cincinnati. Living in Northern Kentucky allows for a short commute, lesser taxes, and all the other great amenities you need for convenience. Since you are likely moving, you are lucky that you have access to skilled trade professionals when it is time to buy or build your home here in your new hometown.

Our association, the Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky, not only builds homes, but we build community, and our Registered Builders and Registered Remodelers are the skilled professionals to go to when it is time to make your home decisions. We invest in our town to keep housing affordable for everyone, enhance our quality of life, create a strong family structure and work towards low crime rates throughout the Northern Kentucky Region.
