We thank the terrific team of professionals at CPS Land and Ford Classic Homes for hosting the 2022 Pinnacle Financial Partners Parade of Homes at their beautiful community, Rosebrooke. They have gone out of their way to provide all of the many individuals involved with the Parade every advantage and amenity needed to produce the best event possible.

The benefitting charity at this year’s Parade is GraceWorks, an organization established 26 years ago by a group of concerned Williamson County citizens and faith leaders who sought a collaborative solution to the complex issue of poverty. Inside this event program you’ll find information about each home, the builders and designers, and the house designer. And don’t miss the half-page A/V checklist for each home. So bring your camera and have your smartphone ready. Take your notes and ask questions. Bring your colors and your swatches and come back again . . . there are a gazillion ideas but only two weeks to enjoy it all!
