Local Entrepeneurs Give Back Through Golf

There came a time when my mother realized that me and my sister would never be fast enough, tall enough or coordinated enough to compete in basketball, soccer, or gymnastics. As a result, she decided to go the non-traditional route and took us to golf lessons. Soon, golf would take over my life and teach me about successes and failures, hopes and dreams, and it ultimately gave me this story to tell.

After many long hours of writing the proposal and with the help of Starbucks and my family, I was awarded the scholarship. As a result of this scholarship, we will be able to fund our venture to take Tee it Up to Germany this summer. I am happy to share a game that has given me so much, with children all over the world.
