Guided Tour of St Helier Our half day walking tour takes in the Town Hall, Fish Market and the Victorian Central Market. Learn all about the fishermen’s huts, the Honorary Police and the island’s unusual relationship with the monarchy along with tales about the famous cows. Guided Walk from St Aubin to La Corbiere Our day begins at St Aubin, home to a pub where Karl Marx once stayed and the ancient seat of the Seigneurs of Franc Fief. Our walk takes us alongside a
disused railway line to the lighthouse at La Corbiere. After lunch, we continue to the flat sands St Ouen’s Bay. Little Trains of the Pyrenees Based in a pretty little pueblo called Roses that stretches between the sea and mountains on Spain’s Costa Brava. Relax on the beautiful beaches or hop aboard a pleasure cruise around the rocky coastline. A former Greek colony, you’ll find evidence of the ancient city as well as a natural marina with a network of canals. Situated in the hub of Roses opposite the sandy beach of Santa Margarida and only a few minutes away from the city centre of Roses with its numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel is also only 10 minutes walks of Roses Citadel and Roses Beach. Your Itinerary Wednesday. Flying from Glasgow Prestwick Airport we continue to Roses and check into our hotel for our seven night stay. Thursday. Morning at leisure. In the afternoon we hop aboard the Roses Express land train and rumble into the mountain landscape of Cap de Creus Nature Park – a natural wonder with soaring cliffs and hidden coves. Friday. We travel into the French Pyrenees where we indulge in wine tasting at the medieval walled commune of Thuir. It may be necessary to share your transfer vehicle with other passengers travelling. If you require more than one pick up point per booking a supplement will apply. Check in times Passengers are required to check-in a minimum of two hours prior to the scheduled departure time of flight. All flights times are local and in 24 hour clock. Changes to flight times As our brochure is published months in advance flights times and or/ schedules can change, often with little notice, and we reserve the right to substitute alternative airlines, routes and times if required. Baggage Allowance EASYJET: One cabin bag maximum size of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm including handles and wheels. One item of check-in hold luggage that has to be under a certain size and weight. Its total size has to be under 275cm (to find this out simply add its length + width + height) and a standard weight of 20kg per bag, except for sporting and medical equipment. JET2: You may carry on board one piece of unchecked cabin baggage free of charge which must be no more than 10kg in weight and no larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm, including all wheels and handles. You may also be permitted to bring an additional,
small item of cabin baggage on board (such as a handbag, laptop bag or airport purchase) Check-in bag: The baggage allowance is 22kg for each travelling customer per piece of baggage booked. RYANAIR: Cabin bag: You can carry one cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm, plus one small bag up to 35cm x 20cm x 20cm onboard the aircraft. Special assistance & medical conditions If you require special assistance for you or a member of your party you must tell us at the time of booking or as soon as possible after the booking so that we can make sure appropriate arrangements can be made. If you or a member of your party wish to travel with a battery opertated mobility aid you must inform us before you book. We will try our upmost with the airline, the accommodation and relevant transfer supplier to fulfill all your medical requirements. It is important that we recieve as much information about any battery operated mobility aid to pass to the airline to ensure they are satisifed that it has made the safety requirement made by the airline. Hotel Check in/out Hotel accommodation generally will be available after 2pm on the date of arrival and is to be vacated between 10am and noon on the date of departure, irrespective of your arrival or departure times (unless we have stated otherwise). Should you wish to retain your room after the normal check out time on the day of departure you should make your request at reception on your arrival or at any time during your stay. Please note this may be subject to availablity and incur additional costs. Holiday Insurance We believe that taking out holiday insurance is an important part of your holiday plans. What if you were forced to cancel your holiday or weren’t able to return home as planned? This is why it is a condition of booking that you take out holiday insurance to cover your holiday.
