This is a flexible course for anyone who has been using a digital camera in full auto (point-and-shoot) mode and wishes to learn more about controlling shutter speed, aperture, white balance, and ISO. Blue – Toning

This class introduces the toning of cyanotypes using chemistry, botany and painting to alter the blue color of the prints. Students must bring cyanotypes ready to tone. Foundation: Wet Plate Weekend $700 Workshop

Students will create tintypes (positives on aluminum) and ambrotypes (positives on glass) with large format camera and an outdoor darkroom.
