Story, Puppet, Play! The Nutcracker

Class: Sa, Dec 2 – 16, 2:30- 4pm, Puppet Co. Playhouse

During this 3-session class, participants will tell the story, create puppets for, and participate in creative play around the story of The Nutcracker! Participants only need to bring their sense of adventure, the Puppet Co. will provide all supplies. Class registration includes 2 tickets for The Nutcracker at an afternoon performance on the class day of their choosing (one for registrant, one for adult chaperone.) Class: Sa, Jan 13 – 27, 3-5pm, Puppet Co. Playhouse

Develop your puppetry muscles, literally! Each session will provide a full body workout using a variety of movement styles, focusing on the parts of the body most used by puppetry practice. Penny Russell is a teaching artist and performer, and creates interactive and fun theatre experiences for our littlest friends! She specializes in inclusive works featuring movement, music, and use of ASL (puppet style permitting).
