Tim Watts WC Realty Group Inc. Tim Watts, co-owner of WC Realty Group Inc., has spent more than a decade working in real estate. He began his career in 2003 with Re/Max, where he became a Platinum Club member and Hall of Fame winner. In 2010, Watts teamed up with his aunt, Carla Cappellia, to open WC Realty. They also own a mortgage firm, Sunvest Mortgage Group. “We have 29 real-estate agents and more than 20 mortgage brokers,” Watts said. “We focus mostly on residential real estate. We are based here in Wellington, but our agents work all over, from up in Port St. Lucie down to Broward County.” Watts said the firm has been very successful. “The real-estate market is booming right now,” he said. “The whole South Florida market is coming back.” He described WC Realty as a “service-oriented” company that puts the needs of its clients first. “We want to listen to what people want and show them the right homes,” he said. “We are more service-oriented than sales-oriented. We have listings, but we focus more on buyers.” Watts works to provide clients with all of the information they need to get into their new home, sell a home or whatever service they may need. “I think what sets us apart is our attitude and the way we treat people,” he said. “We’re willing to help.
