POWER OF POSITIVITY
INTRODUCTION Hello, I'm Abbie, I am 20 years old and my goal is to spread positivity as much as I can. We've made some cards called ‘Power Of Positivity’ and we really hope they will make you smile. I have used butterflies to represent strength because they are insects which go through a lot in their lifetime and still come out beautiful. I’ve also used a semi colon because that symbol represents choosing to save your life instead of ending it.
This project has been created by a young person from Norwich, who has suffered from depression in the past and wants to spread a positive message to other young people facing similar issues.
