What is this jounral for? This journal is for anything you want it to be! But my suggestion is to use it to write down the positive things that have happened to you throughout the day, week or month. Included are some patterns you can colour in, to help you pause and reflect but it’s mainly a blank slate for you to write, sketch or doodle down your thoughts and feelings.

Who is Jess? My name is Jessie, I am a 21 year old student from Dorset. My Fixer’s project is based around encouraging people to be more mindful of their surroundings and themselves. We lead such busy lives nowadays, it’s easy to become overwhelmed with the rigours of day to day life. I myself have endeavoured to become more mindful, in doing so learning to appreciate the positive things in my life. It is helping me overcome my own difficulties and I hope that this book can help others to appreciate the good things life has to offer.
