The “old” and the “new” are unique to all of us around the world, but the gesture of letting go and opening a door to welcome what’s to come in the year is not unique. Every year we have our resolutions, goals and intentions for the 365 days that lie ahead. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say that the vast majority of us have much that we want to let go of from 2021. I love the classes with Jessie. I've noticed definite improvements in my strength, stamina, and speed (I can do so many push-ups now!). From her jumps class my rotation speed has noticeably improved AND I've added a half revolution of rotation to my jumps.
