Magazine
Exposure is best known for its flagship youth magazine, which has been running for over 18 years. Having published well over 100 issues, Exposure is the longest running youth publication in the country. Giving young people the opportunity to have a genuine journalistic opportunity, the magazine is distributed free to local secondary schools, colleges, youth groups, public buildings, libraries, sports and leisure centres in north London. The magazine can be produced specifically to meet your needs providing they are inline with Exposure’s ethos. Working with young people to create targetted content, we can deliver a customised high-quality publication to raise awareness of certain issues or services. The last two publications have been 12-page special editions on Victim Support and Self Harm.

Outcomes Exposure works with vulnerable/disadvantaged young people to enable them to develop confidence and life-changing communication skills through media production. Your commission itself becomes an opportunity for wider marketing and positive PR. The concepts we create are formulated with creative young people, hungry for success and keen to demonstrate their worth.
During the year, Exposure worked with 284 young people. Of these, 179 made a tangible creative contribution to Exposure’s work, gaining a formal accreditation, with 130 of these involved in specific funded or commissioned youth media projects. Using the ‘Exposure Star’, 153 young volunteers were interviewed and reported improvements in up to eight key areas of their lives.
