This year could have, and did stop so many businesses in their tracks, but after breaking EXIT Realty’s all-time record for franchises sold last year, Regional Owners, Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl refused to give up in 2020. “If you aren’t passionate about what you do, a world of negativity could stop you, but nothing is going to get better unless you make it better,” Strobl reminds. Since launching their EXIT Southeast region, this formidable twosome has set their sights on winning Region of the Year each year and has done so for the second consecutive year and fourth time overall. “It has definitely been a year of teamwork equaling dream work,” Lynn proudly says. “This year has taken everyone being on board in order to adapt, adjust, maintain and keep EXIT Southeast growing. It’s an exciting achievement because we do have the best owners, brokers and agents.” “It has forced change in the way in which we operate,” Strobl adds, “because we’re asking people to join us and trust us with this life-changer over Zoom. It feels strange when you aren’t sitting across from someone signing a franchise. You must adjust and learn to communicate differently. We had to learn how to take something bad and turn it into something good.”

Although it’s been hard not being able to see and hug people, and they’ve greatly missed both regional and corporate annual events, they are keeping in touch with their EXIT regional family and forging ahead with continued, consistent growth. “Our leaders’ leaders are believing in the system and it’s phenomenal to see the number of new agents in EXIT Southeast,” Lynn explains. “Seeing people grow, changing people’s lives and watching people play out their vision of growing their office and becoming the leader they envisioned is very motivating. Watching our EXIT owners, brokers and agents rise to the occasion in the midst of these unprecedented times has been the most exciting and rewarding part of this year.”
