Davao City First Congressional District Representative Paolo “Pulong” Duterte renewed his call for Congress to pass a law reinstating the death penalty for heinous crimes.

Rep. Pulong issued the call following the rape slay of 28-yearold architect Vlanche Marie Bragas in Davao City.

Last month, he offered a P1-million reward to anybody who can help authorities arrest the suspect in the killing of Bragas.
