HEINOUS CRIMES Rep. Pulong renews call for the reinstatement of death penalty

Davao City First Congressional District Representative Paolo “Pulong” Duterte renewed his call for Congress to pass a law reinstating the death penalty for heinous crimes.
Rep. Pulong issued the call following the rape slay of 28-yearold architect Vlanche Marie Bragas in Davao City.
Last month, he offered a P1-million reward to anybody who can help authorities arrest the suspect in the killing of Bragas.
Rep. Pulong also cited the murder of a traffic enforcer who was gunned down in Tanza,

Based on the statement from the Imus City Police station, the traffic enforcer, William Mentes Quiambao, reportedly apprehended the suspect, Joseph T. Llagas, which led to a heated argument between them.
