COLLEGE PRECeDENT:SPRING 2013 M2 PHOENIX BRANCH LIBRARY PROJECT
WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF ANY NATION COMES THE NECESSITY TO CREATE AND EDUCATED AND INFORMED POPULACE. SUCH A POPULACE REPRESENTS TO THE WORLD A NATION OF INTELLECTUAL MINDS DESTINED TO ADVANCE SOCIETY AND CULTURE WELL INTO THE FUTURE. FOR THE AMERICAN WEST, AND MUCH OF AMERICAN HISTORY IN GENERAL, THE PUBLIC LIBRARY HAS BEEN THE INSTITUTION TO DO SO. FROM IT’S HUMBLE BEGINNINGS IN PRIVITE QUARTERS, THE PUBLIC LIBRARY HAS BEEN A VITAL PART OF THE DRIVE WEST AND TODAY STANDS AS A SYMBOL OF BOTH UNLIMITED INFORMATION AND PROSPERITY.
