Con la creativa invención de esta curiosa alfombra verde que simula un campo de mini-golf tendremos total libertad para practicar nuestro swing en el salón de casa. III Torneo Anual La Estancia Golf Classic 2010
La Estancia Golf Resort realizó el III Torneo Anual Internacional “La Estancia Golf Classic 2010”, celebrado en honor a la conmemoración del 3er. aniversario de su grandioso campo de golf, calificado como uno de los mejores de la República Dominicana. El torneo contó con la presencia y participación del reconocido P.B. Dye, creador de este grandioso campo de golf; de sus propietarios, así como un gran número de veteranos golfistas nacionales y extranjeros quienes jugaron en la modalidad de “twosome best ball 75% HDCP”. El evento que se desarrolló durante dos días, contó con un programa de diversas actividades sociales. Iniciando con un torneo de pool, luego en la Casa Club se les dio la bienvenida a los jugadores e invitados. Al día siguiente, todos los participantes compitieron en el majestuoso campo de 18 hoyos y al final de la jornada, se realizó una fiesta de premiación por todo lo alto, donde invitados especiales nacionales y extranjeros, jugadores, amigos y relacionados, disfrutaron de una espectacular festividad, en la que se efectuaron rifas para todos los participantes y emotivas entregas de trofeos a los más destacados de las diferentes categorías y a los campeones netos. Tiempo de preparación 45 minutos para 4 raciones Ingredientes:
Preparación:
1 libra de pollo hervido y picado. 4 huevos. 1 pizca de sal. 3/8 litro de leche. 1 taza de harina blanquita. 1 cebolla grande. 1 diente de ajo. 4 cucharadas de mantequilla. 1 lata pequeña de puré de tomates. Perejil picado. Albahaca seca. Pimienta blanca. 4 onzas de queso gonda rallado
Batir los huevos con un poco de sal y la leche. Incorporar la harina a cucharada, hasta obtener una masa homogénea, dejar la masa en reposo por 10 minutos aproximadamente. Mientras tanto pelar las cebollar y el ajo y picar finamente. Calentar una cucharada de mantequilla en una sartén y dorar los cubitos de cebolla y ajo. Agregar la carne de pollo picada, incorporar el puré de tomates a la carne picada con cebolla. Sazonar con perejil, albahaca y pimienta y proseguir la cocción durante 8 minutos. Preparar los crepes en un sartén de teflón a fuego medio, distribuir la masa de la carne encima de los crepes y enrollarlos. Engrasar una fuente de horno de tamaño adecuado con mantequilla y colocar dentro las crepes en rollo. Espolvorear con el queso rallado y gratinar plato durante aproximadamente 15 minutos en el horno precalentado a 200º C. Puede servir el plato espolvoreado con perejil picado.
