PRE-REGISTRATION

Please register at least one week prior to the class start date. Each class has minimum and maximum enrollment requirements to cover the cost of the program. Early registration is highly recommended.

Customer requested refunds/transfers NO LATER THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. NO REFUNDS AFTER FIRST CLASS. No refunds or make-ups for missed days. A processing fee of $7 will be charged for all cancellations after a registration has been processed. If minimum class size is not met by Wednesday prior to the start of class, the class may be cancelled. In the event that the District cancels a class, you will recieve a full refund. Outdoor classes are canceled in the event of lightning .

AQUATICS Water Works 16+yrs Water aerobics, or aqua exercise, provides low-impact exercise that takes pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. Use resistance and buoyancy of water against your body with a combination of functional movement and classic strength exercises to increase your energy and stamina without added stress on your body. No Swimming required in water aerobics and flotation devices are frequently used to create a safe environment. Class participants must wear appropriate swim attire. Before starting an aerobic routine or class check in with your health care provider. This class also offers a DROP-IN fee of $8 if space allows. NO CLASS 7/8 Instructor: Mindy Esau

Ai Chi (Aqua Tai Chi) 18+yrs Ai Chi is a water movement and relaxation program. Ai Chi can be a good way to get your body moving, increase your energy, and promote flexibilty and strength. Ai Chi can help reduce muscle weakness, wide spread pain as well as joint stiffness. The warm water allows for slow, relaxed movement and increase blood flow to joints, tendons, & muscles. Lacrosse Camp 7-12yrs Lacrosse combines basic skills used in soccer, basketball and hockey into one fast-paced game. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting in a fun, non-checking environment. All participants receive a t-shirt, and a player evaluation. Participants should bring appropriate clothing, two snacks, a water bottle, running shoes, a mouthpiece, protective gloves, a helmet with full mask (or goggles for girls lacrosse), a lacrosse stick, and sunscreen. *Limited lacrosse kits available for on-line rental. Teaches the basic techniques of the game and builds self-esteem through participation and fun soccer activities. Children learn to follow instructions in a nurturing, age appropriate environment. Animation Creators Stop Motion Animation 5-9yrs

Work with your favorite toys to create fun & original stop motion animations! Students work together to create an original story & then create their story through animation. Basic concepts such as camera angles, storyboards, scripting elements & themes will be introduced. Students will also do voiceover work for their animation & add a musical score to their completed project. This class requires a additional $30 fee for workbooks, software and laptop rentals. Line Dancing 18+yrs

Line Dancing is a choreographed dance with repeated sequenced steps in which a group of people dance in one or mine lines or rows without regard for the gender of individuals, all facing each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. The swing was a popular dance in the 1930’s, often called the“Lindy” The East Coast Swing was the forerunner to the Jitterbug and Rock & Roll. It is still a very popular dance. This class also offers a DROP-IN fee of $20 if space allows. 4 Classes-NO CLASS 5/26

West Coast Swing 18+yrs

The West Cost Swing is a partner dance with roots in Lindy Hop. It is characterized by a distinctive elastic look that results from it’s basic extension-compression technique of partner connection, and is danced primarily in a slotted area on the dance floor.
