DT: How do you see the Indian gaming accessories market? How they are helping in growing gamers in India? Mr. Vishal: Gaming Accessories are a critical part of the gaming market in any country. It has been evolving over the years in terms of user preferences and brand consciousness. HyperX has been present in gaming with Memory modules and SSDs for a while. But when we introduced our 1st gaming peripherals in India - HyperX Cloud headset - in mid 2014, we were taken by surprise by the superb response from the consumers. The stir which our move created in the market was phenomenal with users swearing by the quality of our products. We believe in providing the best quality products for gamers and giving them a quality platform to practice perform and outshine

their competitors. HyperX has been quite instrumental in national and international gaming tournaments, making gaming mainstream and end user engagements to develop more gamers. We are helping the ecosystem grow and there is a solid growth that we have seen with our gaming accessories. Since there is growth, we have launched a few more gaming headsets along with our new Alloy FPS mechanical keyboard. There are more categories that we will bring to India soon. DT: What is your core strength? What are your further plans to take over a big share in Indian gaming peripheral market? Mr. Vishal: HyperX is a global brand for Gamers, PC enthusiasts and Music lovers. We believe our core strength lies in our product quality, design, and understanding of the markets, technical expertise and our global exposure. DT: Please brief about your upcoming product range in gaming segment? Mr. Vishal: We recently launched all variants of our Alloy FPS mechanical keyboard and have showcased quite a few upcoming products during Computex 2017. We have quite a few new product announcements for you in the months to come.

DT: What initiatives you have taken to increasing your reach to those customers who have not been using Kingston/HyperX products? Mr. Vishal: HyperX has a lot of user engagement programs in both, online and offline spaces, which are strategic in nature and are focused on either educating or providing an experience in different fields. Rather than just pushing sales, our initiatives are aimed at creating awareness about what consumers need for improving their own skills and productivity, be it in gaming, media production, etc. This helps them make an informed purchase and with the comparison in product quality, superior specs and brand equity, they have been in our favor. Having said that, we also use various media vehicles to constantly reach out to a larger audience. DT: What is your offline & online channel strategy for gaming products? What growth & revenue you are expecting by end of this year? Mr. Vishal: Though we are a gaming enthusiast brand, we work very closely with our channel partners. Partners have been an important part of our success and encourage them to grow their coverage either with online business or otherwise.

Nidhi : For ICT industry be it Mobile phones or the IT Products segment, the effective GST rates are minimal (within 0.5% to 2%) and well within the range for Intex to absorb the tax appreciation on order to cushion the consumers from price escalation.GST will surely help Intex as India now becomes a Single Market, leading to uniform tax across all states and check-posts being removed from borders will remove unnecessary delays. The biggest relief will be with respect to supply chain and logistics as GST resolves the problem of cascading effect of multiple taxes on the business. This will boost operational efficiencies, increase cost savings and make products more competitive. This will help in a major way to simplify the way we do business and will boost government initiatives on ease of doing business in India. DT: How much growth you are expecting from IT & peripherals business by this year? Nidhi : In past two financial years, CDIT vertical has grown fast, increasing its share in overall Intex revenue up to 25%. In FY 16-17, the overall revenue of Rs 4800crore, CDIT contribute 1600crore. Intex plans to take CDIT Revenue to Rs 5000crore in near future. DT: What are the upcoming plans for Intex’s consumer durable brands? Nidhi : With a renewed focus on expanding consumer durables portfolio since 2016, Intex has introduced a plethora of products like Direct-Cooling Refrigerators, Smart LED TVs, FullyAuto Washing Machines, AirPurifiers, Air Coolers and in March this year, we launched Air-Conditioner range as the next natural step to complete Intex’s bouquet of consumer durables offerings.

Intex will be strengthening its Smart LED TV portfolio with 4K TV models, frost-free refrigerators, Fully--Automatic Front Load washing machines and others. DT: What are your plans for providing excellent service support to your customers? Nidhi : At Intex, we believe in offering end-to-end services to our consumers which are offered pan- India almost across 1000+ cities with the presence of Exclusive Partners in more than 100 cities. Intex has various new initiatives and processes that ensure the delivery of robust after-sales services to ensure true customer delight. Exclusive Intex Care Partners, called as EICPs. DT: Are you guys working to expand your distribution network in smaller cities? Please share your complete strength of partners. Nidhi : Our channel strategy has always been a vital part of our growth plans. With a strong network of partners our focus is in reaching the consumers across the country. We have 20,000 retail partners and plans to expand the partner base to 50,000 by next year. Over 70% of the distribution network lies in the Tier 2&3 cities and rural regions. Intex believes in omni-presence marketing and Salesdistribution network. Intex’s spread is 75% in general trade, Online accounting to 15% and LFR is 10%. DT: How did you started BD Software Distribution Company? Mr. Zakir: We were in talks with Bitdefender to launch their brand and promote their solutions and services in India. On getting approval from them we started the procedure of distribution and providing services to customer of Bitdefender in India. We increase the brand rate because it is the fantastic product, technically very sound, one of the best products in the Anti-Virus world and we wanted to make sure that people of India get this fantastic piece of software, install in their computers and that is how BD Software Distribution formed in India. We have a team of around 35 people all experienced in cyber security, spread across India with a network of more than 2000 partners connected with us. Our solutions have been accepted well across all verticals like consumers, SMBs, SMEs, government and educational institutions. In short for the consumers and users we are Bitdefender in India. DT: How do you see your overall

Mr. Zakir: We don’t prefer changing channels structure on regular basis. When we appoint channel partner, we make sure that we have a long term relationship with this particular partner, distributor or the reseller for a particular product. We make sure that all partners associated with us make margins and continue to sell and support the consumers of Bitdefender. We don’t go for changing our partners but once we appoint a partner, we make sure that the partner don’t go anywhere else and he continues with us. We are 100% channel focused company so we don’t do any business directly, we do all our business via our channel partners. DT: How do you support your customers? Mr. Zakir: Bitdefender is a very customer friendly product so you do not require support team to be present and required for any installation etc.. The consumer versions are very small and simple. You can just install and it gives a web console and there you can manage all the things. We have a complete team of support staff and they can help on email, chat, telephone and in certain cases we send our engineers at customer place as well to solve their issues. We have got Pre sales team which talks with SMB and enterprise , solve their queries and give them the perfect solution from our Bitdefender product line. DT: What are your initiatives for customers to adopt your solutions? Mr. Zakir: If somebody checks the review sites, 8 out of 10 sites gives Bitdefender

number 1 ranking today. We are using digital media, magazines, and channel events in India to promote Bitdefender security solutions as it protects all our consumers from any security threats. At the same time we follow it up with good service and support. For SMB and enterprise, Bitdefender cloud versions are the best, as there is not much infra required and the setup can be done in few minutes no matter how big the setup is. DT: What are your target to achieve by end of this year? Mr. Zakir: We are almost 1 year now. We have more than 1 lac or more, user base across the country. Partner wise, we are presently spread around 30% of India so we want to cover additional 30% region till end of this year. To get this target,we are participating in events/expoacross region to promote and boost product awareness among channel partners. We have set certain strategies and accordingly going from region to region to spread our partner base. DT: What is your message to your partners? Mr. Zakir: In worldwide reviews, Bitdefender is number one.Our partners who are giving solutions to their customers, definitely would like to give something which is good, so Bitdefender becomes obvious choice. We are providing best technical support and better margins. We are running regular schemes for partners to motivate them. We are investing in technical team to offer best consumer support so that our partners should do business with ease.

After approval from the owners of the respective channel companies, we allow sales, presales and technical team members to get enrolled in the respective Army. Once they enrol, they get incentives for every certification, POC’s conducted, sales done etc. We have seen this as very important part of incentivising our partners. This stems from the fact that we want not only the partner organisations to benefit but also the foot soldiers who actually sell & support our solutions in the market place. DT: How do you educate your partners? What are the upcoming channel awareness plan? Mr. Altaf Halde: We at Kaspersky Lab believe that the security is not a destination but, it’s a journey. In today’s world the cyber threats landscape is changing every minute. It is very natural that leading IT Security providers like Kaspersky, come out with new technologies and solutions to counter this growing menace. This in turn means that the partners who promote our solutions as well as support our customers are aware of these new technologies. We have a very strong content training portal that offers online training and certification for our partners. Along with the online resources, we also conduct regular in-classroom trainings for our partners to get them scaled up to addressing the market.
