Mad Hatter is a contemporary American bistro, bar and tea room serving lunch, dinner and afternoon tea daily, along with brunch on weekends. For weekend brunch, Mad Hatter offers its diners a unique option to build-yourown eggs benedict, which starts with choices ranging from an English muffin to a vegan polenta cake. Diners can then flex their creative muscles and choose from a variety of different sauces, proteins and toppings to buildtheir-own custom masterpiece. Diners can wash it down with hand-crafted breakfast cocktails or the best bottomless mimosas in town. Certain brunch items will be available 7 days a week starting later in 2019.
