1.It’s a Personal Management Thing

Sometimes, it is best to walk alone, rather than in a group, because having a group comes with misunderstandings, unbalanced teamwork and lack of solidarity, but as a single person, one is free to decide on his/her ideas, committing to one thing for the long run, working effectively to achieve the intended goal and carrying out management skills such as planning, delegation, problem solving and communication that will guide him/her into making his/her career a long term one.

We have grown up believing that getting a job is achieving one’s career, but tell you what! Entrepreneurship plays a much greater role than anything else! With entrepreneurship, you are rest assured to have a long lasting career

2.It Is Limitless

There is no such thing as age retirement. The good part, is you can start at an early age working as an entrepreneur and even at the age of eighty, you will still be kicking, compared to short term careers such as being employed, which gives you only a minimum time. Therefore, the pressure of whether you are getting old and will soon be out of the office that you ve been working for about twenty years, can be removed by one single choice of being an invested entrepreneur.

3.It Adopts to the Change of the Environment

A self employed person has the benefits to move with the change of time, let’s say it’s a season of mangoes, you will then sell mangoes and if it’s the season of pineapples, you will then sell pineapples. An entrepreneur has the advantage to deal with these changes according to his/her preferences compared to an employed person who has to stick to one thing only and has the risks of whether he/ she will be fired or get a salary decrease.

An entrepreneur and an employed person both share one thing - skills, at the end of the day, it is your choice to see where you fit in the most and walk towards that path.
