For an unforgettable Tanzanian dining experience, come and join us for a meal at Ol Mesera Restaurant, taking classic, traditional recipes and ingredients from the local surrounding area and providing you with a feast of modern Tanzanian flavours, textures and colours.

The Restaurant opens at 8:00 am and last orders at 6:00 pm for both walk-in clients and tour groups alike. Start with a heartwarming pumpkin, coconut and ginger soup served with a selection of “Biting Bitings”, from our well renowned threecheese samosas, potato bhajia and plantain crisps.

The Dishes are locally inspired dishes, created to celebrate the “Karibu culture” with a little bit of a modern twist. The two makes the dishes unique and stylish, giving you a whole new dining experience.

A feast for the senses, from the artwork, textiles, decor, friendly faces and the smell of ” secret recipe of “Chips Ugali” (Local Maize Flour Fries). Great vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options are available.
