imberly Vaughn is an international touring comedian that has evolved into many different aspects of the entertainment arena. Stand Up Comedy, Public Speaking, Radio Show & Major Event Hosting, both nationwide and abroad. She's toured with the theatrical productions "In Love With Tyrone" written by Erika Nicole and “War Wounds” written by Leslie Pryor. She's toured with international recording artists, Keith Sweat and New Edition . She’s hosted Snoop Dogg’s Football League Back to School Jamboree in Long Beach, CA. and was a regional semifinalist on the hit Nickelodeon show "America's Funniest Mom," beating out over 3,500 contestants across the nation. She's an inductee of “Whose Who Of Black Louisville.” She’s had the honor of hosting BET’s “Summer in the Park” Concert Sponsored by Coca Cola. Kim
has worked with comedians seen on HBO, Showtime, BET and Comedy Central. She’s performed at events in countries such as Jamaica, Turks & Caicos and Curacao, and Carnival Cruise Ships. The single mom of three has been in the entertainment arena for over 15 years. The journey had been anything but easy for her the true genuine love for People she possess, the passion for making folks Laugh, and her unmovable faith in God is exactly what keeps her moving forward to her platform of greatness. It all started in the late Nineties with her doing a go up and show up in Seattle, WA (where she resided) one night after several consistent days of heavy down pour. In the gloom of the rain began to bring on a cycle of depression she decided to get out of the house for a minute and head down to a downtown bar “Crackers” they had a open mic night, (something she had never heard of). had nothing to loose and up on stage she went. To her surprised she was well received and asked by the owner to return the following week. While in the Great Northwest she won the “Tacoma Talent Quest” and really knew at that point of her life knew she wanted to pursue this arena of entertainment. Things took an interesting turn when her family encountered one of the biggest Earthquakes ever recorded in the Great Northwest it magnitude rector 7.8 She began experiencing (what later to be diagnosed as) Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, she decided to leave the area and return to her hometown in Louisville, Kentucky. There she entered into a Talent Competition Hosted by followed Comedian Spike Davis “Can You Rock The Mic with Spike” she was the finalist in Comedy Division. From there she was strongly suggested to go to the Comedy Caravan began getting familiar and networking with other comedians. This would later become her “Home Stage” and TSM Booking Agency was the first booker( The infamous Tom Sobel Management) that began booking her for jobs as a professional Comedienne, performing at Colleges, Corporate Events and Conventions. Her very first Road Tour was opening for the Legendary Dolomite a.k.a Rudy Ray Moore. He shared with her Great Stories Of Comedian Legends and the History Of Black Comedy, from there to the clear other side of the Spectrum Opening for Capitol Records Artist NASCAR Comedian Tim Wilson. She firmly believes that true Comedy is Colorless. Regardless of Race funny is funny. With the mindset of giving her audiences the best she has to give! This desire has caused her to become very transparent in sharing her life authentically on stage. She tells all whatever she’s survived, she can joke about. She feels she’s has encountered so much because of all God has enabled her to speak and share with others on. Since age 18 she has been diagnosed with Depression and lives as a “Victor” not a “Victim” of life’s serious hurdles she’s overcome stigma of Mental Illness and what someone that’s lives with

a mental illness should look and live like, Being Bullied and teased (for being blind in one eye since birth) Homelessness, Sexual Assault, and Domestic Violence. She both performs and speaks to teens and women as an Advocate on various platforms Nationwide Empowerment and Speaking Engagements. Believe it or not there is a funny moment in everything we endure. Her purpose and calling is to help people heal through her gift of laughter the same challenges that so many like her have encountered. She professes it’s been nothing but her faith in God that has got her through her major ordeals and she prays daily that he will allow her the ability to reach the masses with her gift of humor and her messages of encouragement. Her biggest message from it all? “Simply you’re not alone, you can make it through anything that faces you in life.” Currently she has a radio show heard on both Satellite Radio and FM Frequencies “The Cool People Party” Every Monday Night she can be heard on 97 TheBeatFM.com. The station is digital allowing her fan base to hear her all over the world! Her CoHost Comedian Caszell Williams along with DJ “ICE” Highlight weekly folks around the Globe that are “Cool” in their efforts of positive contributions to the World. Along with delivering current events with a slight comedic twist, she’s taking her acting talents once again to the big screen this year and will be seen in two motion picture project’s due for release Fall 2018, “Frat House” and the Suspense Drama “Taking Notes” By Director James Watts as well as a Sitcom Series “One Hell of A Mother in Law,” written by John McKissic. As well as writing and working on her own One Woman Stage Production. This years Kentucky Derby has her hosting Senator Gerald Neals Derby Eve Gala, a grand event held at the Kentucky Center For the Arts. Where proceeds will go towards the Neals” Kentucky Minority Scholarship Fund.” Through her participation with the Impact Experience It was an event of women empowerment and celebration of change that stopped by Louisville Kentucky days before the Kentucky Derby. This event gave complete Make overs
to 15Women in the community that represented Women Based Organizations within the Local Community that assist Women. Ranging from human trafficking rings. Drug and Alcohol abuse, Domestic Abuse. Homelessness and Mental Heath Advocates all Came Together and celebrated the change of these Honorees of the night. Kim was asked to be the Mistress of Ceremonies and it truly was a moving event. The Impact Experience Network opens clothing boutiques in every city it tours “Fashion Impact Boutique” with revenue of the store going to aid the organizations within the cities still fighting for the ladies of that Community. With seeing the platforms she has rose to and wanting to still bring her level of awareness to this cause, God placed it on her heart to reach out to the CEO of the Organization Mrs. Sarah Herring and discuss what was led by the spirit to speak to her possibly becoming the Brand Ambassador of “Fashion Impact Boutique” the idea was well received and she now is blessed with the title. With her proclaiming her own story as her glory sharing it with Women all over praying it is the key to helping many that are still chained to their past. She is the Exact Life Story of the Events and Its Causes of Action. A little girl so once broken into many pieces from all avenues of her life now sparkles when light hits the shattered pieces of glass. And now that woman from it all stands as the Speaker, The Brand Ambassador, The Radio Show Host, The Actress and finally the Comedienne Kimberly Vaughn, the Glamour Girl of Comedy. ♥
