yana was born August 8, 1998 in Cleveland, Ohio to Mandisa T. Molton and Nahshon S. Hamilton.

Although Tyana, affectionally known as Shae Shae was born in Cleveland, Ohio she was raised in Columbus, Ohio attending the Ohio School for the Deaf. Graduating in June of 2017, Tyana worked in the school office as an assistant and excelled in track and field, softball and basketball. In 2018 Tyana would gain employment as a retail clerk at Kroger and other local retailers in Columbus, Ohio. Tyana was determined to live her life without boundaries. She decided to relocate out of the city of Columbus to Louisville, KY for a short time then to Auburn, Michigan where she would room with four other friends to live life the way she choose to, and that was with no limits. She is predeceased by her grandfather; Lewis Molton III Tyana leaves behind to cherish her memories, her loving parents; Mandisa T. Molton, Nahshon S. Hamilton, Grandparents; Anita Wright (David Wright), Bettye Cobbins, Frank Cobbins; Sisters; Martiona Molton, Camryn Hamilton, Maianna Hamilton; Brother; Nahshon Hamilton Jr., and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. ♥ A note from mom: Shae Shae was an extraordinary, compassionate, loving, independent young lady full of laughter. In spite of her disabilities she pressed on and didn’t let anything stop her. She knew God and was not ashamed to let others know she loved HIM first. She was a caring, giving and silly, intellectual, and questioned where and how things work. She wasn’t afraid to explore. Tyana helped and pushed me in many ways. Tyana helped me to see that whatever you want to do, in spite of any disabilities you can do it. She made me better and always made sure I was ok. I love you Tyana. You are forever in my heart. Love Mom
