Air Fryer Pizza Rollups

Ingredients:

Eight inch Flour Tortillas, Pizza sauce, Pepperoni, Mozzarella String Cheese and Olive Oil.

Step 1: Warm tortillas in a microwave. Place a damp paper towel over however many tortillas you want to use and microwave for twenty seconds or until warm.

Step 2: Preheat the air fryer to 375 F.

Step 3: Cut string cheese in half lengthwise, one for every two tortillas.

Step 4: Lay each tortilla flat, and add a spoonful of pizza sauce. Lay down five slices of pepperoni, then place the mozzarella on top of the pepperoni slices before rolling up everything like a little burrito.

Step 5: Brush each roll up with olive oil and put them in the air fryer in a single layer. Be sure to only put four to five rolls at a time. Cook for five minutes or until the desired level of crispness.

Step 6: Remove from the air fryer with tongs and let rest for a few minutes before eating. They’ll be kind of hot.
