Orange Hawks held their annual Ladies Day fixture at Wade Park on Sunday, July 2. The day started with women league tag, the Hawks defeated by the visitors from Forbes.

The Hawks reserves then had a 46-4 win, and in a thrilling first grade match, Forbes came out on top 24-22.

A minute’s silence was held for the Forbes Under 18s team member who recently passed away with both teams agreeing to split the points and not play on the day.

HAPPY 60TH ANNIVERSARY TO ANN AND BARRY BURCHER!

Ann and Barry celebrated the special occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary surrounded by friends and family at the Robin Hood Hotel, where they enjoyed good food and loving company.
