The Event

• Glass & Steel is an inaugural community concert and celebration, highlighting the renaissance of Columbus’ South Side. Vendor & Festival Rules

• Sale items cannot include copyrighted graphics or logos unless you own the rights. • Vendors are expected to bring trash bags and keep their area clean throughout the festival and to remove ALL debris from their area at tear-down. • No radios or boom boxes. There will be live music to entertain festival attendees. • Do not leave your vendor space/booth unattended. • No electricity will be provided to vendors. • All sales must be made from inside your vendor area. You may not roam the grounds to solicit sales. You are responsible for all required permits.

Vendor Space Rental Fees

• The vendor space rental fee for business vendors is $25. The vendor space rental fee for non-profits & information booths is waived. You must have a vendor's license if it is required by state law, as stated below: "Non-profit organizations exempt under Section (501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that make retail sales no more than six days a year are not required to have a vendor’s license or collect tax on those sales. If sales occur on more than six days, the organization must obtain a license, charge and remit tax. School-related student, parent-teacher and booster groups are exempt." • Vendors may setup with own tables, chairs, displays, etc. No furniture or other items will be provided. Vendors may begin setup as early as 11 a.m., but MUST be completed by 1:45 p.m. • Vendors are expected to stay open until 5:00 p.m. when festival closes.

Applications

• All applications must be completed and paid by September 5, 2014. Application will not be considered complete until your payment is processed. • Applications received after September 5, 2014 will be given vendor space on a first come, first serve basis until all available spots are taken.

• Glass & Steel and its organizers do not accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to goods, displays, equipment or persons.
